
Please help! someone explain?
When the package arrived, I opened it in front of the delivery driver, and the package was completely empty. The driver told me he would check the storage area to see what had happened. He never marked the order as delivered. Instead, he told me he had canceled the order and advised me to place a new order.
I explained the entire situation to customer support. The first agent told me they could not help until the order was marked as complete. Later, I checked my order and saw that it had been marked as completed and delivered, so I contacted Live Chat again. This time, I was told to contact them on July 3.
On July 3, I tried to contact Live Chat as instructed, but I was unable to get any assistance. I have continued trying every day since then, but I still cannot access support. I am beginning to wonder if my account has been blocked, although I do not know why that would be the case.
I have always been polite and respectful to every support representative. I have been an Amazon customer for over 10 years, and this is the first time I have ever needed to ask for help with an order. I am simply asking for a fair resolution to an order that I never received.
