Rc100 or Rs120..Which one should i pick?

My daily commute would mostly be 20-30km of highway riding and i want a bike that can maintain a decent cruising speed comfortably... I'm on a tight budget , so I'm thinking of considering Rs120. Will it be good enough for that? Would i regret choosing the Rs120 over rc100?

Should i buy an 64gb ipad 9th gen for ₹6000(around $63)

I'm thinking of buying a used iPad 9th Gen (64GB) for ₹6000.

My usage would mainly be - web browsing, reading manga, reading pdf's, a little note taking and streaming videos on Netflix and YouTube

I won't be gaming or doing heavy tasks. Do you think it's worth buying at this price? Also, will 64GB be enough for my use case?

Before 2024, my hair looked like this (1st photo), but now it looks like this (2nd photo). Is it possible to get my hair back to how it was before. I’ve recently started using topical minoxidil and finasteride. So if I continue using them regularly, can I regain my previous hair condition?
