Got AF day 27 of my cycle

My cycles are reliably 30-31 days, but just got my period day 27. My husband and I are convinced I ovulate unusually early (this is a hunch, but I’m going to use ovulation strips going forward). I’ve been pregnant before, and conceived from sex two days after my period had ended. We were hoping for an April 2027 baby but that’s not in the cards! Trying to trust in my body and remind myself it’ll happen when it should. <3

What worked for me.

My skin changed drastically after moving from Illinois to Washington state. I always have had dry skin but hardly ever got acne (I’m 28 now), but it became itchy and had red bumps in recent years. I tried everything to help it (and I’ve always been consistent with moisturizers) but the only thing I’ve found that worked was adding a humidifier my bedroom. Skin cleared up quickly.

my sweet girl

We’ve spent 8 great years together so far. When I adopted her, I didn’t know what kind of dog she’d be, how big she’d get, I didn’t even know she was deaf. I just knew we’d stick together and always be friends. I’m so grateful that she’s been by my side through so much

All day struggle

Woke up feeling off but nothing particularly bothering me. I put on my Apple Watch and my heart rate is significantly spiked from usual. All day at work I felt odd and then I start getting hit with the familiar waves of panic… I tried so hard to deep breathe and calm down, but my breaths never got full and the panic kept coming back. I beat back 3 separate panic attacks before giving up and going home.

I even took my medicine but nothing got me out of it. At one point I was sitting at my desk and my heart rate was 140. My resting is usually about 60. I feel somewhat better now but now my head is just pounding, and I feel so mentally weak. I know it’s not my fault, but it is completely exhausting and I never dealt with this until last fall (I’m 28f).

I’ve always had anxiety but it feels like it’s taking over my life. I also have parasomnia so I’m restless af most nights and often sleep talk/walk. This has never been anything too crazy but lately I’ve done some dangerous and extremely paranoid behaviors while sleepwalking. I just feel so out of control and I’m fucking over it
