Looking for a Co-Founder | Equity-Based Opportunity

I’m looking for a potential Co-Founder to join an early-stage startup I’m currently building.

The product is currently being developed, and I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the business side, particularly:

- Fundraising and investor relations
- Business development
- Operations
- Strategy and execution
- Helping take the product from development to launch and growth

Who I’m Looking For

I’m particularly interested in candidates who have:

- Experience from a Tier-1 university, such as IIT or IIM, or
- Strong relevant professional/startup experience that demonstrates their ability to execute
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest or experience in fundraising
- The ability to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions
- A genuine interest in building a company long term

Compensation

This is a pure equity-based opportunity at this stage. There is no salary or stipend initially.

The equity structure and vesting will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, responsibilities, and level of commitment.

e and my gf , we go way back to 4th grade , recently for college she went abroad , I’ve used my exchange opportunity to go spend 6 months with her. Before going to her I told her in advance i would be able to spend as much time I am spending now cause other things needs to be taken care of like college, career, getting into a better shape, family etc

Once we done with our time she clearly started showing me she’s not ok with the reduced attention and we stated having lot of long distance trouble like usual, initially idk why I started losing interest on her ( I’ve liked her for 10 yrs +). I’ve rarely take some me time to think about many things and cool myself and motivate myself .all of sudden due to some disturbances and unexpected situations I’ve going through I’ve let her know about it like i should and told her I am going though the worst situation of my life I want to be on my own for sometime I need some me time to sit and think and figure ifkifk

3rd day after this fight due to the little relaxed moment I called her, at that movement she was running to class in rain and she’s already late and talking to me while all that I’ve told her I will call her later and hung up on her cause of the situation at hand.

Next thing Ik she’s mad , threatening to block me if I ever hung up , I wasn’t there for her for last week , she’s tired of me behaving that way this way . She went to with her complaints . After all that I told her to block me ( me thinking I’ll sort it out once am in a real good mood and headspace ) once am done with this worst phase.

She didn’t listen to me even after I told her many times not today , not today , she kept going attacking me throughout the text messages, I wasn’t completely on taking side ether I Said my pice in the same tone that she was using. Somehow ended up on a call where she started telling me the story about how everything happened how I hurt her , how she had to walk and still try and talk even tho she was tired and was walking for a while .

At that particular moment I think i really realised I don’t want to be with a woman who can’t really respect me and give me a shoulder when I needed , I didn’t want a woman who would handle my worst days like the way she did . I told her am breaking up with her. Told her ,her best chances of we staying together (patching up) is her being quite and not complicating it further more.

After a week(yesterday) I tried to properly do something clear about it and tried discussing it but it went way to extreme. We ended up breaking up .

Am not the type to cry , but I did tear the fuck up alone broke down , she accidentally heard that on call she pretended to care . But I think it’s too late for everything

Even today I broke down, it’s her bday tdy :)

So my questions are

1. why am I not very much sad like I always am after a fight ?

2)Did do the correct thing , was it worth it to throw away my 10 years of crush/love life away on somthing like that ?

3. why am I not depressed like I was during our 2 year no contact break due to family situations !

4. did having sex with her change anything about how I feel for her ?
