How to get rid of cravings and binge eating, need the randomest solutions that actually works ( not eat enough protein and all)

So i am 25/F, and i weigh 232 pounds. I have started this weightloss journey multiple times in my life and have always failed, this october i almost lost 23 pounds and then again i had an accident and i was unable to go to the gym and hence i gained the weight again!
Now the thing is i am not able to control my cravings, i struggle soo sooo sooo much, it’s unbelievable
I have tried everything, eating protein and all shit! I even have diet coke but the thought never leaves mind and i end up ordering it.

I get way too hungry and even though i have had my meal i still crave for some food and end up eating junk, what should i do?

I try to eat in deficit which is 1400-1500 but end up crossing it every single day

I have bought treadmill for my home and i have 5 and 10 kg dumbells at my place, so i can do the workouts at home now as i have such a hard time going to gym, i am from India and i do wfh. So i struggle when it comes to getting ready and leave. AND ESPECIALLY TO Gym

Why am i not motivated and bothered enough. Why do i fail miserably, i don’t want to opt for GLP- 1 injections and drugs. I want to loose weight naturally

I really need the ways to get rid of the cravings, the ways that actually help. Also give me the silliest possible ways to loose weight and which motivated you to loose weight and to do the steps and go to gym

I am ready for everything - ways, books, anything that you guys recommend
Are there any chewing gums or medicines that i can take to loose my appetite. Not the weightloss drug (glp), tbvh i am financially not ready to take it

Please guys i really need you help

Which credit card should i take for getting discount in flight booking

Hi , i am 26F and i earn - 75k per month and i take bear about 7-8 domestic flights early. I really wanted a card that can help me get a discount on the flights since i am also planning a vacation in September.

My Cibil Score - 739

I spend nearly 40-50k per month mostly and i do a lot of online shopping.

So please suggest me a card that will help me with the flights since discount and also since i am taking domestic flight, does lounge access matters that much?

Please tell me the things that i should keep in mind during renovation

So i recently bought a 2 bhk and the spacing is really good, ventilation is pretty decent, i have attached images. I am renovating this, can you please tell me the mistakes that you wish that you knew sooner, things that i can do now. I have finalised ivory color for the whole house abd we are renovating the lighting

I have a budget of 3lacs and that includes doing modular kitchen and false ceiling(only in hall)

We are thinking of making wooden cabinets for storage, also can you suggest more things that i can do and that would make my house look premium and classy but in budget.

I want to buy health insurance for my family can anyone suggest me what type of insurance should i go with I’m looking to buy a health insurance plan for my family and would really appreciate some advice.

We are a family of three: my father is 61 years old, my mother is 54, and I am 26(female). I want to ensure we have good coverage, especially considering their age.
My dad has thyroid and bp
And my mom has sugar and bp
Since they are aged so i am thinking of buying 2 separate policies.
Could you suggest which health insurance plans would be suitable for us? Also, I would love to know what key aspects I should pay attention to—like coverage limits, pre- and post-hospitalisation , critical illness, etc.
As i have heard there are some elements which the policy industries hide from you and later you are shocked by it and then they do you dirty I really need your help since i am a complete noob when it comes to all this. I am a single girl child so i don’t want any hassles for my parents. I earn 60k per month and am looking for coverage of 5L for me and 10-15L for my mother and father I can really really use your help Thanks a lot in advance! :)
