Exercises for toning nondominant leg/calf [32YO]

I'm 32 and got into skating again for the physical and mental wellbeing it provides. My other physical activity is indoor rock climbing Im happy to have discovered. These have been great for my mental and physical wellbeing the last few months. I feel stronger, and have more endurance than Ive ever been. I've never been interested in gym exercises or weight lifting

The two activities both have a tendency to exercise a favored side. Climbing, not to the same degree be still pretty noticble. My left leg is stronger, but a shrimp compared to my right. Same for my left forearm, bicep and tricep from climbing. The upper body seems more straight foreward to address these imbalances.

What do you do (besides skate goofy) to balance strength on your nondominant side? I have access to a small weight gym through my rock climing gym and a second one soon through work.

Built a 4 foot plank

I built a 4 foot surfskate. Nothing special but the novelty of it. No concave, just regular old birch ply we were getting rid of at work.

Had a knockoff smoothstar, bigfoot mountain cruiser wheels and a rail adapter alreadt. Had to buy trucks, got the atlas rkp for like 20 bucks. The whole things a budget project for the sake of being fun.

It rides exactly like I expected and its fun. Only took it out for a half hour or so. Gonna give it another go around tonight.

I plan on gripping it, going for something different like I did on my Winkowski deck. I'm probably going to paint something basic roadside like a white center stripe

Are freestyle type slides possible on a long surfskate?

Has anyone attempted or seen videos of any hands down freestyle slides on a surfskate like a coleman or pushup slide using pucks?

I love skating this one route I regularly & comfortably hit 20-25mph on my 40" surfskate. It has a good set up at the end for a pushup slide. I've never slid a longboard and at this point Im way more comfortable on my surfskate. Its quick responsiveness makes regular longboard trucks feel unsteerable.

I have a fat wedge on my regular popsicle that makes it way more comfortable for me. If the sliding surfskate is 100% a no go, I might look in to dropping the surftrucks from the longboard and trying a wedge out on it.

I'd really like to try on of these downhill puck slides, preferably on this board. Probably sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, but if anyones tried whats your experience?

Daily Cruiser with new adapter

I had a knockoff yow for a while til it snapped. Wasnt sure what to commit to for a new system, on a whim I went with the waterborne. I ride 76mm on it with no wheel bite, with the fake yow i had 70s that could bite occasionally. This pumps a lot more than what I had but still getting used to the feel. Did my own grip design and I love it.
