I have no admin account listed on my dektop PC now.

I accidentally changed my user credentials on my desktop from admin to standard user. Now I cannot access the admin privileges. I cannot even reset the PC because I don't have the windows key. It's on my Omen HP Desktop.
I was trying to make the desktop bypass the logon screen.
So I have two ways to fix this, I think, as a non admin user.

  1. Be able to change back my credentials as an admin
  2. Find the Windows Key so I can reset the device while saving my files.
I'm on a Windows 11 device. The OS came preinstalled on the Omen by HP.

Notification Multiple Devices

Hope this isn't off topic here.
I have 2 iOS devices. Set the Share Across Devices On.
Goal is to leave one device at home, carry with me the other.
I created a Shortcut so that when I send an iMessage to myself, using the notification trigger, the first device will send a regular text message to the recipient who's details are within the iMessage body. This is because some of my contacts use Android devices and can't receive iMessage and also the second device with me does not have a sim card, it's just connected to WiFi.
My problem is since I'm using the second device to send the iMessage to myself, the first device does not receive the notification.

Food recommendations for long runs

Can you recommend any food that I can bring for my longer runs >2 hours? There are times when even if I carb up using gummies, fuel gels, and DIY fuels, I tend to crave for solid food.
I've also done long runs without carbing up and I don't feel the same cravings.
Must be the sugars (?)
Thank you in advance.

WHITIN shoes for long runs

I got me 2 pairs of WHITIN Road Running Shoes S81. They feel a whole lot wider than Altras.
Hope they'll be more comfortable than the ALTRA Totin 7 WIDE I had, used once, had a terrible hot spot under my big toe knuckle (I have bunions), and sold them right after a single run on them.
I've had a good relationship with my ALTRA Experience Flow 2 though.

DIY Fuel Calculator

I asked AI to create a DIY fuel calcualtor using Maltodextrin, Table Sugar, and Salt.
Factors are 200ml, 300ml, 500ml flasks to use, grams of carb per hour.
I've attached the csv file google sheets link for anyone who needs it or anyone who has more knowledge about DIY fueling to tweak it.

Strength training

I have been putting off strength training lately. Now that I’m training for my second marathon, after 15 year’s hiatus, and at 54 years old, I really want to incorporate at least 2 days of it into my week.
I had been doing these before:
\- Dumbbell squats
\- barbell deadlifts
\- dumbbell flat bench presses
\- dumbbell shoulder press
\- dumbbell lateral raise
\- dumbbell upright row
My pet peeve with strength training is, with all the running I do, is the lower body workouts.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
