‘Cup Finals’
Stuart Pearce just said on talkSPORT that ‘every minute is a cup final for Arsenal’. I don’t mind ‘every game’ being a cup final but surely a minute is too small?
One-Legged Turkeys?
How do you reckon that van full of turkeys ended up with only one leg each?
Eddie Chambers
The way Eddie Chambers is introduced in tJBO, doesn't it make you think he is going to play a major role in the episode, especially after they get to Margate and possibly as a villain? I know he gives them the tickets that lead Del to Raquel but even so...I'm always slightly surprised that we never see him again. It seems like they were making the effort to make him a fully-rounded character instead of someone who was in one scene.
Looks like Dominic has been robbed of the opportunity to inform Sir Paul that The Sound of Music was the biggest-selling record of the 60s.
reddit.comStuart Pearce’s talkSPORT co-commentary is now one of the great joys of modern life
“His ego’s taken a bit of a buffering.”
“You can have as many subrules as you want, it’s about what’s right and what’s wrong.”
Chris Sutton on 5 Live just now having been completely unaware of the rule that just got applied. Is it just English pundits and former players that don’t bother to find out what the actual rules are but still expect to get paid to talk about it like they’re experts?
