An item I bought 2 years ago on Grailed from a reputable seller with thousands of transactions was deemed by Grailed to be of uncertain authenticity when I tried listing it lately. After contacting with Grailed, they agreed to reimburse me for the original order.

Did any of you guys experience this before? Each reply I have with the customer service team takes 1-2 days to reply. Do they really reimburse?

May I ask if anyone has encountered this???

Address was correctly input, all other carriers can deliver no problem, but for FedEx, it’s an incorrect address? Furthermore, the shipment just changed the date 2 days in a row. Now I’m having to think if they are going to say incorrect address again or going to push back the date again.

I’m afraid the parcel is gonna be lost. This is so frustrating.
