Jvc SXM 330u on screen display doesn't go away unless tape is inserted

To basically sum it up, if there isn't a tape inserted the t30 battery and tape symbol will not go away on the video output unless there is a tape inserted. I've messed with every setting and looked through the entire guide and nothing says anything about this. I'm scared that if the tape drive shits itself then I won't be able to get a clean recording ever again in the future.

Cheap microphone recorders?

I'm trying to find a way to record from a TRS camera rhøde microphone. However, because it's a TRS and not set up like the traditional headphone microphone, it can't really be recorded on phones or iPods. I was wondering if there would be a cheap audio recorder that I could plug the microphone into and have it record to an SD card, but the only ones I can find are $300 ultra high-fi for musicians and studios and shit and I really just don't need that.

My current setup is a e-waste Samsung phone with a cheap HDMI capture card taped to the back with the microphone plugged into the microphone port, recorded with the USB camera app. It's pretty annoying though considering I have to run the capture card through four dongles just to get the damn thing to work on the phone.

The camera never had a shoe mount on it so I had to hot glue one on there (The microphone weighs nothing so its not a worry) therefore there is no microphone port anywhere on the camera so I have to record it externally.

$20 at the very most, I dont care for high quality sound, its just that the mic on the camcorder just isn't good at all. It would be also nice if I could cram it on the camcorder somewhere and not have to stuff it into my pocket.

Voice recording app with external mic support that supports android 4.2

I just want a simple voice recorder so I can use an old android phone to record sound through a 3.5mm aux jack TRS microphone.

Erasing a VHSC tape for rerecording

What's the best way to erase a VHSC tape for re-recording that does the least amount of wear and tear on the actual tape. I want to make sure I can get as much usage out of my tapes as I possibly can.

Picked these two up for $20 off marketplace, modded the lespaul

Both PS3 controllers, no dongles :( I usb hardwired one of them via sandroller with a faulty pico w clone I had lying around (santroller works on faulty aliexpress pico clones) No clue if the Bluetooth on it works or not The dpad wired didn't work, I'll probably fix it some other time.

What's the best music library manager software?

Ive got like 4 devices with rockbox and syncing things between them isn't very fun. Is there a good software that can manage my music library and sync music across all my rockbox mp3 players and keep all folder structures and metadata? Also with a built in rockbox compatible playlist editor that also syncs across devices?

and if its possible, a program with a device specific song compression setting (like a specific device gets synced only in mp3 whilst the rest of my library is in flac and alac.

Bluetooth transmitter that supports air pods 4 anc

Is there a Bluetooth transmitter that supports AirPods 4 anc that's also affordable? I wanted to do a Bluetooth mod but I learned that they aren't compatible with the normal bt transmitters people normally use. I could also settle for an external one as long as it works over the headphone jack and NOT the 30 pin. Preferably under $20 if one exists.

A71 5g Unlocked, OEM unlocking is missing.

Ive tried just about every single "fix" I could find, No matter what I do, what date I set, what I sign into, how long I leave it on, how many times I factory reset, IT JUST WONT SHOW UP!
Ive even tried disabling Knox with the samfw tool.
Fastboot oem unlock just returns a "command not found" even when In fastboot mode and recognized by fastboot.
download mode has no "bootloader unlock" option.

The phone is unlocked because the service provider software version is SAOMC_SMA716U1_OYM_XAA_13_0012 XAA/XAA/XAA

Its on Android 13, One UI 5.1
It has no sim card and no trace of ANY phone carrier.

even using an IMEI lookup, it says the phone is "Carrier: Factory Unlocked"

San andreas in 2026

I haven't played san andreas so I downloaded a copy from steamrip (the regular san andreas, not definitive), how do I just get the game to work like everyone else. All the "mega fix" packs just break the game because its not the steam version.

If i could buy the steam version, I would've.
I already started and did a few missions so I would rather not switch to a ps2 emulator or whatever.

how do I just get widescreen to look ok, the game to run ok, controller buttons actually have names instead of "joypad 38432" and the game to not have hundreds of bugs

Is this hard drive done for? Also can this be saved without a backup

I bought this Xbox from the thrift store and I have no backup of the original hard drive because this is the first time I've tried to turn it on. Can this be fixed without a backup, I have everything I need to mod chip it and that was going to be the original idea anyways.
