What’s a good birthday gift for a park ranger?

This might be a very dumb question but I need help. Please be nice as I don’t think I’m violating any community rules 🙏.

My best friend is a park ranger at a beachy county park in a warm state. He drives trucks a lot, does a lot of very physical work, and I guess all the other typical duties of a county park ranger (parking enforcement lol). His birthday is coming up, and I’d like to see if I can get him something that might be good for his job while having it be a surprise. What are some things park rangers tend to find really helpful? Any particular shoe brands or gear? Just curious.

Anything is appreciated!

Cheap sweet treat that’s actually sweet!

So this “recipe” is nothing new, but I want to share the idea as a sort of meal prep. I struggle a lot with artificial flavors and prefer things made with real sugar that aren’t super high in calories. I also like cheap things, and these are very cheap to make overall. I decided to make these little cakes using Betty Crocker cake mix, diet soda and REGULAR cool whip for the frosting (it’s literally 5 cals more per serving than the sugar free cool whip and WAY tastier). They’re not bakery quality, but they’re very satisfying for that sweet craving and are surprisingly moist. The combos I did were:

- 1 box Betty Crocker triple fudge cake mix
- 1 can Diet Coke
AND
- 1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
- 1 can diet Mtn Dew

The Diet Coke one is definitely the best of the two. I’m not a big fan of the Mountain Dew-yellow cake combo, so I might try a strawberry cake mix for that one next time. There’s endless possibilities for flavor combos so I’m excited to try more out.

The little cake pans I used were perfect for splitting each box into 9 portions. After topping with 2 tbsps of cool whip, each one comes out to 185 cals! I’m keeping them in the fridge and I imagine they will stay good for about a week, but they should freeze really well, too. Cake pans linked below:

Edit: also forgot to mention I baked them at 350 for about 20 mins

Am I cooked

So I made a really dumb mistake. I was redacting a trial exhibit and out of nowhere, I thought “wait….. I think I filed this as an exhibit to another pleading a few months ago and didn’t redact it” and sure enough, I did. Unfortunately, the info I didn’t redact includes our client’s SSN, in addition to dates of birth (double whammy 🫠). I notified my bosses and I know that it IS fixable. We can file to restrict access to the document, and the security level is restricted to case parties, their attorneys and the Court anyway. It’s not like just anyone can go into the case file and get the info.

Nonetheless, it’s a really stupid mistake that i wouldn’t normally make, and I’m worried that worst case scenario, we get sanctioned. The courts in my state are typically not strict at all so I think it’s unlikely that we would get sanctioned (like I’ve literally never seen it happen), but it’s definitely a possibility per our rules of civil procedure, and it’s eating at me. My bosses haven’t responded to my email either which isn’t helping.

Has anyone else done this? Am I cooked?

LOTS of blood during orgasm

So this is kinda gross, but I legit have not been able to find anymore information on if it’s normal. In my college days, I would masturbate in the shower every once in a while because I had roommates. At some point, I did it while I was on my period, and I was absolutely GAGGED when I orgasmed and what seemed like my entire uterus came out (exaggerated of course, but it was a LOT of blood and blood clots). After that, I noticed my period ended like a day or two sooner, so now I do it every time I get my period. For some reason, it only works on day 2 or 3. If I do it on day 1 nothing really comes out.

Anyway, does anyone else experience this? I assume my uterus just contacts like crazy when I orgasm, and I can’t really complain because it’s weirdly satisfying to have all the clots and stuff come out at once lol. I just haven’t been able to find anyone with a similar experience. I also worry sometimes that if I ever have period sex with someone, this will happen and freak them out lol. Anyone else?
