Me and my team are designing some sort of electronic gadget that nobody has ever done it

So we have made a circuit and the prototype will be ready soon but my problem right now is where to start after making a prototype should I start with documenting my work and getting a copyright to it so no one can copy it?

Where shall I do marketing i cant sit and open a channel in insta , yt or Facebook?

Where do I get the investors?

Should I approach any company like this product will replace some xyz company?

Or if I start making the insta content ? Shall I accept the pre-orders and start producing in bulk?

How to do it?

It completely a hardware based company and my teammates aren't gonna hold too much pressure so consider I am alone carrying the whole company.
