The vibrant green colour Yamamasa Koyamaen is known for is pretty evident here — especially in latte form. The flavour is quite bold and holds its own even with a mix of whole milk and oat milk. It’s creamy, vegetal, and not astringent at all. Overall, it’s a pretty good powder. I’ve yet to try it as an usucha.
