Question about availability meeting

If I sign to say I'm available on a Monday evening, for example, say I join a football club and I'm no longer available to work monday evenings can I tell management I've changed my mind?

I don't enjoy being around my "best friend" of 20 years no more and I feel awful..

I feel awful because I mean so much to her. She's constantly telling me she doesn't know what she'd do without me and how she'd be lost without me. She has recently been asking me if I'll always be there as she's scared of dying alone. It's quite intense. We've been through so much together. We've been on so many holidays, been to so many concerts together, we've so many good memories. She's always been there when no one else was. But I hate being around her now. Last year, she asked if I would marry her, platonically, as friends (her safety wife) if we were both single in 5 years. It freaked me out a bit. She's too intense. It's too much. I wouldn't mind meeting up with her once every 2 or 3 months but she's texting me every other day and calling me, sometimes my mum if I don't reply. If I don't see her for more than a couple weeks, she says she's been feeling depressed. And when we do meet, she just talks about her mental health constantly. I feel awful but I want to cut her out of my life for good. I just feel so bad.

How much should I be charging my brother for rent/bills

2 years ago, I bought the childhood home that my mum, myself and my brother grew up in. My brother is 10 years older that me. He was living here while we were all renting it and he's still here now I own it. It's just me and him here. He pays a third of what I pay for bills and rent. Is this reasonable or am I under/overcharging him?

Advice on artex asbestos ceiling

I have no clue about any of this. I've just moved into my own place and I'm dumb. Anyway, the ceiling looks really dated. It's artex with asbestos. The lighting is also really old and I'd like to get an electrician in to install new lighting. What do I do first, fix the ceiling or contact and electrician? Also, it is best to remove the asbestos or skim over it? I have around £600-£800 to spend on this.
