NASync DXP4800 GT and NASync DXP2800 GT

indicating Bay 1&2 supports U.2

anyone here can clarify can I use my existing u.2 or it is mistake?
If I purchase DXP2800 GT and I will able put 2x U.2 drives?

I have tried

then I tried to recover account using email but "Account is DISABLED?"
