Friend makes me feel stupid.

Okay, so I'm unsure where to put this and if it's the wrong sub reddit lmk and I'll remove it ofc.

But I have this friend, let's call him C. I've been friends with him for about 3-4 years now and we're starting college very soon. Every time I have seemingly asked C questions in the past and now, he makes me feel completely stupid. And y'know he assumes everyone he talks to is stupid as well in his words. Recently we were doing a funny trend thing and editing videos together on a new software, and he told me the name of the software, and I asked him if the one I was looking at was the correct one, because it had the same name but I wanted to make sure, and he seemed exasperated and angry I asked and basically ignored me. And later told me he thought that was the dumbest question ever and didn't want to assume I was that stupid for asking a question like that. So I stopped asking him how to do anything because he will just answer with "idk figure it out".

Other from that situation, we can never have debates normally about anything. He refuses to ever admit he is wrong in conversations and when we talk about stuff he tries to seem like the smartest person in the room and will seemingly to try bombard you with statistics or studies he's "read" about to debunk ANY claim you ever make. Which there is nothing wrong having a lot of knowledge on topics but he will literally talk about the philosophys of anything and everything you talk to him about, and he's extremely hypocritical. He calls himself the "wokest" in our friendgroup but will also say how the n word isn't inherently a bad word, etc.

And recently when I came to him about how when I speak to him about topics he makes me feel stupid or belittled. He said he just assumes everyone is dumber than him about a subject.

And I don't even know more ways of how to directly in this paragraph express just how much he will make you feel inherently stupid about anything. He also talks frequently about how he can bullshit his way through school and how he's going to get through college easily because college is easy and he is great at school.(Graduated with under a 3.0 and also told me graduating highschool is not an important accomplishment and anyone can do it). He insults my(I'm bisexual btw) boyfriend about topics as well, and will directly say he's stupid and doesn't know anything about a subject, etc.

I just don't know what to do, or how to feel. Because I feel stupid, and I feel dumb after talking to him about anything. But I also don't know how to know if I'm the issue and I'm actually dumb or if he's just a rude person. Idk, I just need advice on what to do or say. I've tried talking to him about this and he basically made an excuse saying he usually debates people online and couldn't care less about their opinions or if they died the next day so he "accidentally brings it into our conversations".

Friend came out as "trans"?

So I'm 19(transexual man) and I've known this friend for about 3 years now. A few months ago they came out as mtf to me, and I was supportive because initially they said their goals were to be a fully passing woman, and when I asked her questions seemingly showed signs of dysphoria at the time I asked. So I tried to give the best advice I could.

Well recently in the last month or so, she has been doing these weird behaviors that are making me take her much less seriously. For example, referring to her genitals as "girlcock" or a "bussy", talks about how she can't wait for estrogen to give her breasts and how we can all grab them if we wanted to, talking about estrogen before she's even passing or attempting to pass, she mostly looks GNC or a femboy rn to other people and such, and on top of that I corrected her(?) own boyfriend who misgendered her and she told me it was fine he calls her a he/man because she isn't fully sure she's trans. Which upset me deeply even more because it feels like she's putting on some kind of weird persona or like this is a costume to her. Like she thinks this is some kind of choice.

I'm just so unsure what to do or say, I don't think this is okay behavior and I've spoken up about my transmed views to them before, and they mostly told me the same tucute B.S you hear online. How saying that "xenogenders and tucutes are making the community look bad and us saying that actually is basically the same hatred cis people give us", which to me is such bullcrap. Because I've never had issues with cis people about me being trans because I didn't make an effort to tell everyone I was trans or something. So I didn't bother arguing with them more about it because they both(her and her bf, who is my other friend) have such harsh tucute views.

On top of all of this her bf recently came out to me as "non-binary" because when he's done hitting the gym, his goals are to be skinny and not fat??? Yup. That's his whole reason. I'm so done. Idek what to say.

Sorry if this post is kinda rambling, I honestly had nowhere else to put this and wanted opinions from like-minded individuals.

My(19M) boyfriend's(20M) breath smells bad, what do I tell him?

I've been dating my boyfriend for about 3 years now as of May. We met in highschool and I moved in with him about a year ago to get away from my abusive parents. Anyways, I need to rant about this because it's genuinely bothering me and idk what to do. I understand getting told you smell badly or anything isn't nice to hear but I'm someone who I'd rather someone tell me and be honest with me than lie to my face and let me go around all day smelling badly. My boyfriend brushes his teeth sometimes, not everyday, and he doesn't floss when he brushes. I should also mention he hasn't found a primary dentist yet since graduating highschool so he hasn't been to the dentist in a few years now, even though I've told him to. So naturally his breath smells, but I'm not always close enough to smell it. But when I'm laying next to him at night it's very obvious and he breathes out of his mouth heavily and breathes on me a lot. I'm very sensitive to smells so naturally I can't control my reaction to flinching or breathing out really strongly to avoid smelling it. And he has noticed that and I've started to try to tell him a few weeks ago that his breath does smell bad. And he gets extremely upset and will cover his mouth/nose and hide from me basically. I try to cheer him up but it just feels like I need to lie to him that it doesn't bother me and like it's not gross in order to keep him happy. It feels like if I do tell him, he just shuts down and gets upset I told him in the first place and won't uncover his mouth or even get up and brush his teeth. I don't know if I just, lie and pretend it doesn't bother me? Or do I keep trying to tell him even if he keeps shutting down?

TLDR: I feel I can't be honest with my boyfriend about how his breath stinks because he gets upset and shuts down when I try to. I don't know what to do.

Transphobes

I wasn't sure what flair to put this under so I'll change it if need be. But I've been seeing videos recently on my fyp of I guess right winged individuals asking left individuals about examples of this argument that you can't change your race so what makes you think you can change your gender.

Like for examples this white right winged lady walks over to this left gay black man and she asks him if she said she was black suddenly, is she black. And he said no. But then she asks him, okay if I said I was a man am I man? And I guess the guy is like well no because you aren't actively transitioning and you look sound and act like a women so no not unless you were transitioning you aren't a man. And everyone in the comments and her is using this as some kind of gotcha moment. Where they think that because you can't change your race that also means you can't change your gender.

Which yeah I guess whatever but it annoys me because like why do people genuinely care what I do. I understand hating tucutes and people who think they're 30 different genders a day and never try to pass and suddenly think they're the opposite sex. But I also understand there are other transexual people like me who are passing, who are stealth and just trying to live our lives.

I don't know, just a rant. It annoyed me and I wanna know what other people think of those kinds of arguments people make about "us."

Do I have t voice?

I'm about 8 months on Testosterone and I voice train, but I understand I'm still not on T for a very long time and it'll keep changing, I'm just wondering CURRENTLY is it bad? Or does it pass as male. I'm 18 btw, so if I sound like a young man I'm fine with that.

I'm still new to collecting, I'm going to be getting some anti static sleeves for my records soon to protect from dust, I have a cleaning kit and stuff. And I recently purchased the audio technica LP60 and some passive speakers.

In the works of collecting more but I'll probably purchase a bigger thing to store them in as my collection gets bigger.

I'm new to collecting CDs, I switched from an old suitcase turntable recently to an audio technica with some speakers. My old suitcase turntable was able to play CDs inside it, so I never bought a CD player on it's own. Does anyone have some recommendations for some CD players that aren't too expensive. Anything over $100 I'll still look at it of course, just my budget is preferably below that. Thank you!
