Do you think RE: Veronica can reach the same level of RE2?

Resident Evil 2 remake is probably my favourite RE game of all time and, since it's release, I've been wishing for a Code Veronica remake. Since the developers have said the game will take a similar approach to RE2 in terms of style and gameplay, I was wondering: do you think RE: Veronica has the potential of reaching the same quality of RE2?

My favourite horror movies of this decade

I'm utterly mesmerized by the amazing decade of horror we're having, so I wanted to include my favourite, 10 out of 10 movies I watched since 2020. I know some of these are a bit controversial, but it's just my personal opinion. Share yours!

David Corenswet is appearing as Superman for three consecutive years. We're living such a great time for the character

The DCU will turn two years old next year and David Corenswet will have appeared as Superman in three different movies by then: Superman in 2025, Supergirl in 2026, and Man of Tomorrow in 2027.

For reference, four was the total number of times Henry Cavill played Superman in the DCU, including Man of Steel in 2013, Batman v Superman in 2016, Justice League in 2017 and Black Adam in 2022.

It's still unbelievable to me that we went from the 2010s, when Superman's reputation was at an all time low in pop culture, to this resurgence of his popularity in the last couple years. Truly a great time to be a Superman fan!

Welcome to the club, RE: Veronica!

I have loved each of the new REmakes so far, and been wishing for a Code Veronica remake ever since the days of Resident Evil 3. I'm so hyped that it's finally releasing next year — probably my most awaited game right now along with FF7 Revelation. Really hoping it delivers an experience on the level of RE2, which in my opinion is the best game in the series.

Peter and Mary Jane from Ultimate Spider-Man might be my favourite relationship in all of comic books

they feel so imperfect, so flawed, so deeply human. their dialogue exchanges throughout the series are written with such naturalism it comes across as a real couple, and I love that. Bendis was very good in this series.

Pitch me your idea for a horror movie starring a Batman villain. What's the story and tone?

We're getting 'Clayface' this year, but I wanna know what are your potential ideas for another horror movie starring a Batman villain. For example, a psychological horror starring Two-Face, or a slasher movie with Scarecrow. What are your ideas? Feel free to explain them as detailed as you wish!

The promise has been fulfilled. The trilogy is complete 💚

I'm genuinely so happy right now. This series and this trilogy mean so much to me and it's a bittersweet feeling that Revelation is less than a year ago. On one hand, I'm tremendously excited, but on the other, I'm sad I'm gonna have to say goodbye to this wonderful cast of characters.

Can't believe everything they showed today!

Movies or shows you'd like to see in the DCU

I'd absolutely love these characters or teams to get their own movies/shows. For Gotham City Sirens, Nightwing and Teen Titans I'd love movies, whereas with Hellblazer I think a TV show would be a better fit. as for Justice Society, a movie set during WW2 would be amazing

Spider-Man: Brand New Day posters are good so far. What's your favourite?

I'd say for me it's gotta be the newer one. the Spidey suit showing underneath Peter's civilian clothes and the logo popping in the center is so good. Also love the first one although I think MJ's reflection on his eye could be better integrated. But this is so far a huge step up when compared to most posters from No Way Home.

What is your favourite?

What piece of media introduced you to Spider-Man and his world? For me, it was these four pillars: the Raimi trilogy, Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Neversoft's Spider-Man game and its sequel, and Untold Tales of Spider-Man by Kurt Busiek and Pat Olliffe.

Spider-Man 2 was my first contact with the character, when my father took me to theaters to see it when I was 4 years old. Then, I guess in the need of more Spidey, I became obsessed with the 90s animated series, and it was there where I was introduced to his full rogues gallery and supporting cast beyond what was in the movies. The PS1 video games were an extension of that, and Untold Tales of Spider-Man was the first Spidey comics I ever read, and still love them deeply.

What about you?
