I think I found my dream wedding dress! Thoughts?

Hi, all! I have a limited wedding budget, but I still wanted to choose the most beautiful wedding dress possible, so I tried this one on shein, and it arrived today. My mom took a few pictures for me in our living room, and I can finally say I found my dream dress! 💖

The only thing is, the skirt is pretty wrinkled fresh out of the box. Is it safe to use a steamer or an iron on a lightweight dress like this? Also, my mom thinks the skirt is a bit too long and suggested that I should get it altered and shortened a little.

I'm an August bride so I really need to decide soon! If you can think of any styling tips or advice on the wrinkles and length, just holler.

I stopped pretending I can be productive for 8 hours straight

I used to treat the workday like I was supposed to be “on” the whole time. Like from 9 to 5, my brain should just keep performing if I drank enough coffee and forced myself hard enough. But honestly, that never really worked. By 2 or 3 PM, I’d still be sitting there, but my brain was basically gone. I wasn’t resting, but I also wasn’t doing real work. Just kind of staring at things and feeling guilty

So lately I’ve been trying to plan my day around energy instead of just time. If I know I’m clearer in the morning, I put the harder stuff there. Writing, planning, decision-making, anything that needs actual brainpower. When I know I’m probably going to dip, I save the easier stuff for then, like emails, cleaning up notes, or admin. I’ve also been trying Timing because it gives me a rough energy curve for the day, and it helps me decide when to push and when to back off a bit. I don’t follow it like a rulebook, but it has made me feel less guilty about taking breaks when I’m clearly not functioning anyway. Curious if anyone else plans work this way, or if you just try to power through the whole day?

Every angle of my lovely wig passed the test

Seriously, I feel like some wigs only look good from the front and then the side/back immediately humble you… this one actually passed the full rotation test lol.

What are the best apps for online group games with voice chat?

My friends and I have been looking for some cozy&casual apps or games we can play together online while hanging out on voice chat. We’re mostly after something low-pressure, fun to play as a group. Drawing games, social games, or anything that works well for relaxed group hangouts would be great. What have you all enjoyed?

Is there any tool that can automatically add motion graphics to video footage?

Lately I’ve been cutting a lot of interview/podcast-style content into short-form clips, and I’ve realized the hard part isn’t actually the editing itself. It’s making the videos feel more engaging and visually dynamic.

Things like:

animated captions

zoom-ins or punch-ins based on what’s being said

motion graphics

decorative stickers

These are all things I see in a lot of high-performing short videos.

I’ve tried using CapCut and Premiere templates, and they can get somewhat close to what I want, but I still end up spending a lot of time manually setting keyframes and adjusting everything.

What I’m basically looking for is a tool that:

can process long interview footage and automatically detect moments to add motion graphics

doesn’t make the video look overly “AI-generated”

is relatively affordable, ideally suitable for beginners or people on a tight budget

Curious what tools people here are actually using in their workflow.

ohohoh still shaking a little thinking about it. but the obstacle avoidance on the Avata 360 kicked in just in time. the thing is though that rush was kind of insane? like I can't stop thinking about it. battery's charging right now and I'm just sitting here waiting to go again. Any drills for throttle/yaw overcorrection?

Hey all! I am 23 and just wanted to start a little side hustle. I get a batch of custom acrylic charms and display stands. and i took some quick pics and posted them on Reddit to have a test. I got over 280 upvotes in 24 hours!

Does this mean the product is actually worth pursuing? I asked accio work for advice and this is what it told me... ok... do you guys think these suggestions actually makes sense? Because I am a complete noob at this.

I am kind of riding a high right now...Someone please pour a bucket of cold water on me and give me a harsh reality check.

Hi guys. I work for a stationery company. I tried big tools like Apollo before but they are too hard for me. I just want to find the right sales or export person and email them quickly. I do not have much time to search around. I used acciowork recently and it was very easy. It finds suppliers and sends the email for me.I am only an employee but my boss said he will pay for a good tool. Do you have other recommendations for simple tools like this? I just want to reach out to vendors without the stress. Thanks!
