Gundam fans who are an engineer, what's your take on suits that can fly without transforming?

When HF2's trailer came out, I find it interesting that they retry the flying brick method to be put on alyzeus to achieve in athmospheric flight without transforming. Which brings the question, how realistic or fictional it would be for other suits like byarlant, penelope or any other suits that you guys know which can achieve in athmospheric flight without transforming?

singkat cerita, mojo tuh dulu kru asylum (kru nya garit sama manca) tapi dikeluarin karena KDRT+selingkuh sama istrinya yang mana posisi istrinya lagi hamil.

iseng buka channelnya agak kaget aja dia tiba" nge post video lagi, ini dia masih bisa dikasih panggung ga sih kalo kita ngeliat kasusnya dulu?

if you were told to use reuse psycho device or alaya-vijnana, which one you choose?? (pros and cons in the bottom)

reuse P device

pros:

  • metal limbs
  • no need to control MS with joysticks
  • control mobile suit with just your mind
  • able to make your MS move like human much more naturally

cons:

  • metal limbs
  • limb maintenance
  • spare depends on the availability
  • all of your limb have to be taken out if you want to use this

Alaya-Vijnana

pros:

  • no metal limbs
  • instant knowledge to suit with the same system (no guidebook needed)
  • able to partially control MS without joysticks
  • can fight a few moment after death

cons:

  • protruding part on the spine (feels weird as far as I can see)
  • can't lay on your back (bye bye spinal alignment)
  • can go paralysed if limiter is released
  • 50/50 chance of being paralyzed by the initial surgery

How do I hide the beam saber's shadow?

So I'm currently still new to blender and I have been doing small project for this potrait. This is currently my almost finished project but there are some things I want to improve

One major thing I see is the shadow from right hand beam saber is still visible (see left skirt) because the model I use is solid. How do I kake it bypass or pure light? (I apologize if I use confusing term because I am still very new to blender)
