Buddy Plush came in!

Was nervous it wasn’t actually going to come but here it is. I’m actually happy with how this one looks. Took over a month to get here and the website I got it from doesn’t seem to be up anymore.
Edit: I know it wasn’t from a legit website/supplier. If it was available officially, I’d actually go that route.

Reels and posts suddenly reaching less than 10% of my followers. Has anyone else experienced this?

Over the last week, something has changed with my Instagram distribution, and I’m trying to figure out whether it’s a temporary bug, an algorithm change, or an issue with my account.

Previously, my Reels would usually reach around 20% of my followers within the first several hours. Now, my recent Reels are reaching less than 8% of my followers, even after 6+ hours.

What’s also strange is that the followers who normally like and comment on nearly every Reel have almost completely disappeared. Since it’s the same pattern across multiple posts, my assumption is that they simply aren’t being shown my content.

The performance pattern has become really consistent:
\- Almost no likes or comments in the first several hours.
\- Around 150 views after 10 hours.
\- Then overnight the Reel suddenly jumps to 1,000+ views, but they’re still mostly from non-followers who don’t seem to fit my niche, and the engagement stays relatively low.

I’m seeing something similar with carousels. The followers who do see them engage really well through likes, shares, and saves, but despite that strong engagement, the posts don’t seem to get pushed any further. It’s almost like the initial distribution is capped.

My Story views are normal, which makes this even more confusing. The issue seems to be specifically with feed post and Reel distribution to my existing audience.

Has anyone experienced this recently? Did it eventually fix itself, or was there something you did that helped?

I’m not looking for generic advice like “make better content.” I’m specifically wondering if anyone has seen this exact follower distribution issue, where your regular audience suddenly stops seeing your content even though engagement from the people who do see it is still solid.

Suspension damage quote

My kid brother in law hit his 2016 Toyota sienna into a curb. We were quoted almost 5k and just wanted some input on if this quote is valid or if we should look somewhere else. The car was already towed to this spot. Thanks in advance.
