Im a fourth year student at york, 21, female. Only looking for female friends btw as i am in a relationship. I feel like the past 3 years at york weren't what I wanted them to be - part of that was previous mental health issues that destroyed my gpa and thus added a load of stress and just made me feel unable to enjoy any part of uni.

Im taking ADMS 3530، ADMS 2400, ADMS 2510, 3595 and 3520 all next semester... i understand its a heavy course load but I got myself into this mess lol any tips on how to get B+ in all of them ?

I want to go to the airport today to say goodbye to someone, but when im heading out and want to go home can I take an uber/careem easily ? I heard its not allowed

Also if i cant do that would I be able to take a taxi/bus just outside the airport then order an Uber later?

Also ill be arriving maybe 5 min before the person ill say goodbye to, would anyone care if I dont have someone traveling with me when I get out the car or would that be an issue? If I wait outside?

Btw keeping in mind ill be at the departures terminal

So in short, one of the questions i did on one of the exams in a course I completed two weeks ago got flagged for potential cheating.

No explanations, nothing just mark deductions and a note saying potential cheating. We were notified as a class generally that cases were going to be filed after the final exam.

I didnt cheat on the exam, so I have no idea WHY TF I got a flagged question. Regardless, Does anyone here know if there is a chance they may file a case against me or not given the fact that I already got my grade a while ago with no notation or anything? Thanks

I have searched the yorku website and this sub thoroughly and still cant find an answer to my question. And academic advising has been full like crazy for the past week.

Let me add its absolutely ridiculous were getting zero communication or info here, + prof has been super unhelpful.

I got a grade back for one of my courses. On my transcript/dpr/gpa calculator it just says the grade. No sort of notation. However, the prof said cases would be filed *after* the final. Obviously its been 2 weeks since then. I didnt cheat for anyone wondering but like I just want peace of mind and I wanna know whether or not they usually file cases if a grade is released..? With no PDG notation?

Can i take 2, three credit courses to satisfy the 6 credit requirement or does it need to be a 6 credit course?

I wanna start going to the gym, and I actually bought a yorku gym membership last year but didnt go once cuz id be so tired after class id just head home.

However when the semester starts I am planning on going at least twice a week...

The only thing is I commute, so obviously I can only go after class so I can head home and shower (I wont shower on campus, dont feel comfortable with it) but im not sure if this is sustainable and ill continue with it.

Does anyone know of any low cost gyms for students near the north york area? Also how is the women's only gym at york, is it decent?

As the title says, I may be dealing with a potential case nth confirmed yet but if i do ik i get 10 days to respond to them, but im abroad till beginning of September.. in that case would the uni allow me to delay a meeting? So unlike what I grew up believing its not that easy to finish from penetration...

I have before but it just feels "muted" , which isn't a bad thing it still feels good but its just different from clitoral stimulation. I still enjoy penetration, and I dont care too much if I finish or not ...but how do i explain to my bf that women's anatomy works different without making him feel like theres something wrong with him or me ? Also does anyone have any tips on how to actually finish from penetration alone? I hate how biology works :/

So im taking a few summer courses right now. 2 SU courses and 3 S1. My grades are good and im confident by the end of my two SU courses my gpa will be 5.0 or above, aka eligible to be back to honours.

The question is when do I apply for program change to be accepted back into honours? The deadline is September 15th but im afraid if i apply now they'll only consider my S1 grades, but also i dont wanna leave anything till last second.

Does anyone have an idea abt this?

Test 2 is on Sunday and tbh im not so confident with the material. Thinking of doing a cumalative final exam but I know it'll be harder. Did anyone do it before? What do u guys suggest?
