Ordered lassi 2 packs and payment is completed (1800) but I gave the wrong address so I cancelled the products. They didn't provide any information on the refund, what should I do.

Started taking minoxidil and some multivitamin tablets, it's been 1.5 months. I know it takes time to see results but what I heard is to maintain the hair I need to use the minoxidil lifetime( using that for lifetime feels like a burden for me). Is there any alternative or anything I can do? For now I'm applying only at night, going forward like 3 years can I reduce the application of minoxidil (like using 3 times a week like that)?
