Will this odd shelf shape warp my records?
The built-in shelves where I store my vinyl are an extended a little bit at the lip, about 11 inches forward from the back, protruding out about 1/2 an inch. My shelves are packed enough that my records don’t lean, but not so tight that they get pushed into the side. Will this odd lip cause records near the end of the shelf to get edge warps? I’m considering getting some custom-cut wood to fill in that space so that the records will have a flat surface to press against.
