Shot on Nikon F3 with 50 1.2 ais so can’t be shutter banding like on a Leica right? Film is Portra 160 (expired by 2 months but that’s nothing). Dev’d at a local lab. This appears in some negs but not others. The lab scan also shows this band sometimes (although I see more on negs and they cropped out some of the banding in most photos where banding is in the negs, see attached example in comments).

I only just now saw and realized this when I wanted to scan my own images with a new scanning kit it got. The kit isn’t the problem bc i see it with my eyes when held up to light source too.
