Evil Woman

I'm listening to the song and trying to position its message in today's society. I feel like discussing about it! Would you consider the song misogynistic? What meaning other that the literal lyrics would you give it?

Nasal protection

So I just discovered that my nose, sinuses and eustachian tubes are very sensitive. I already wear earplugs to protect my outer ears, is there something I can do to better protect that area?

Tips for tinnitus caused by eustachian tube

My tinnitus just worsened after a pool incident. My doctor said there's probably liquid still stuck in my eustachian tubes. She gave me Sudafed and told me to pinch my nose and force air (like we do after taking a plane).

Other tips you can give me?

When I started my perimenopause journey last year, I stumbled upon this sub and it helped me so, so much. I read the wiki, which is packed with essential information - the same my gyn, who has more than 25 years of experience in perimenopause, gave me.

HRT has been questioned a lot on this sub lately : it's normal to have hesitations, but before you ask, go read the wiki. Accurate and scientific information is power!
