MDK, American Mcgee's Alice and other Q3 engine games. Any chance?

Hi. How do ports on PortMaster actually work? I thought the most important part was rewriting the game engine for Linux. Since both games are based on the Quake 3 engine, which already runs on Linux, I assumed ports of Q3 engine games would only be a matter of time. But there seems to be complete silence on this topic.

Don't get me wrong, I'm just a humble user whose only contribution so far has been a $5 donation. I'm not trying to complain or rush anyone. I'd just like to know whether there is any chance of seeing games based on the Quake 3 engine in the near future, and what exactly is standing in the way?

I'd especially love to see Soldier of Fortune II and American McGee's Alice. That would be amazing!

Clorox (CLX.US)

Ok. Przyznam się bez bicia, ze kupiłem akcje Cloroxu (CLX.US) pod wpływem jednego YouTubera. Mój volumen to 16, wiec nie ma tragedii. Mam je od miesiąca. I zaczynem mieć wątpliwości.

Chciałem inwestować w akcje dywidendowe (mam PZU, ATAL i trochę MSCI EMU High Divident).

Co sądzicie o tej pozycji? Z jednej strony Mają od prawie 50 lat (!) stabilną dywidendę. Z drugiej strony wszystkie rekomendacje jakie znalazłem to sprzedawać bo będzie tylko gorzej.

Czy sprzedać to wszystko i iść w S&P 500?

Z innej beczki, jak działa na XTB dywidenda ( w tym przypadku na IKE) Chlorox to spółka spoza EU(pierwszy raz zainwestowałem w taką), ma dywidendę co 3 miesiące. Pojawi się ona na IKE czy na głównym koncie w wolnych środkach, kiedy i jak będzie opodatkowana?

Red Oak hole in the trunk and brown (rotten?) wood inside.

About three years ago, I planted a red oak (Quercus rubra). This year I noticed that there is a hole in the trunk at about 1 meter (3 feet) above the ground. Inside the hole, the wood looks brown and possibly rotten.

Is this something that can happen naturally, or is it a sign of a serious problem?

Is there any chance the tree will heal and close this wound over time, or is there a real risk that the tree will eventually die or become unsafe?

The tree is still relatively young, so I’m at a stage where I could replace it without too much trouble if necessary. I’d really appreciate any insight or advice from people with more experience.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently playing Chrono Trigger on the DraStic emulator (Android) and I’ve noticed that in the 2300 AD era the screen has a strange greenish tint.

At first I thought it was just the intended art style, but after watching a video showing how to clear one of the levels, it looks completely different.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Do you know if there’s a way to fix it?

Hi. I’m playing Chrono Trigger for the first time ever, and I’m curious how you all handle it on mobile.

Based on what people online recommended, I went with the DS version. I’m playing in portrait mode (like in the photo ).

The game itself runs great, but during battles I feel like I’m just staring at the bottom screen, tapping attack/tech buttons, and barely noticing what’s happening on the top screen. It’s comfortable, but not very immersive. I’m starting to wonder if the SNES version might feel more natural, since everything is on one screen and I also have a Gamesir G8 controller, so I wouldn’t need to use touch controls at all.

On the other hand, I can’t imagine selecting battle commands with a controller — I feel like I’d run out of time and get destroyed before choosing anything.

So I’m torn.

How do you play Chrono Trigger on a phone?

Is the DS version still the best choice, or is SNES more immersive?
