No Spectrum TV service on Roku or on iPhone with spectrum app.

I’m in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. Can’t get any of the local TV stations that I usually watch. The Spectrum app launches, and then when I choose a program to watch, I just get that spinning icon.

I have done what I can do.

Talking to the Spectrum support people is unproductive. They keep wanting me to reboot the Roku — does not fix the problem.

They told me to do a TV reset, doesn’t fix the problem.

An Internet reset doesn’t fix it either.

I can’t get the Spectrum app to work on my iphone either. I’m using a spectrum Internet, so the app has my credentials and knows who I am. I should be able to use it.

Before contacting me to do any other tests, please verify that you can make the app work on an actual TV to get local channels like WSB. Until you’re sure of that, then there’s no way to think it’s just my TV/iPhone.

HAIR PRODUCT FUNCTION. What does mousse do that gel doesn’t do? What does gel do that mousse doesn’t do? What does curl cream do? What does argon oil do versus jojoba oil? Which product should go first, second… Etc. If there is a reference post for this, plz let me know — I couldn’t find one.

I think this would be so useful to everyone.

I personally have put all kinds of products on my hair with little success. And, at this point, I don’t even know if sometimes one product is just canceling another one out.

I once had a hairdresser tell me that I had all the disadvantages of curly hair with none of the advantages. Right now I’m going to start with a clarifying shampoo to get all the gunk out of my hair, and then I’ll probably post a picture to see what y’all think.

But first, it would really be useful to have some sort of guide.

Are there diseases you need to protect your cat from when building a catio?

Thinking of things like mosquitoes biting them, etc.

I’ve checked former posts and didn’t get a hit for this kind of question.

I can imagine a squirrel on the outside and one of my cats on the inside, and it not going well for either…biting.

Anhedonia/Dullness Recommendation

Posting this because I think it might help a few people considering some of the post I’ve been reading.

I’m on 13.2 mg Tirzepatide. I’m not on any kind of mood regulators, and I’m typically fairly even keel.

But sometimes, while I’ve been on tirzepatide, I feel unusually dulled and don’t care about much — not full anhedonia, but just don’t want to do anything.

I’ve always had regular movements, but when I don’t clear the bottom end of my digestive track thoroughly about every 24 to 48 hours, then I just get “unmotivated“ and don’t care about much.

I’m not talking about being in pain or even consciously feeling stuffed, but once I clear my G.I. track, I’m a happy person again.

So it might be that barely noticed pressure may be causing some of you to just not feel like doing anything.

For me the fix is 2 MaGO7s just before bed. The next morning after breakfast, I “clear” everything up including my mood. 😉 (I’m always surprised by how much is there without my having realized it.)

Note: Chewing real food can help start peristalsis in your G.I. track, too. Just drinking your meal doesn’t work as well.

I always get plenty of fiber and water, and I also take one MaGO7 every night. That usually suffices. But if I start feeling kind of overall dull/uninterested/sluggish, clearing my G.I. track (2 MaGO7s) fixes it for me.

MiraLAX does nothing for me.

I hope this helps some people who have been posting similar problems.

Edit: Adding constipation to help searches

Orthotist training

I’m interested in training to become an orthotist. I’d appreciate any advice anyone can give. Any recommendations for schools, etc. What to look out for what to stay away from. What did you find most valuable in your training?
I’m currently in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
