India built all of this for $12.6B:

  • New parliament building
  • World's tallest railway bridge
  • World's tallest statue (twice the height of Statue of Liberty)
  • First country to land on the Moon's South Pole
  • Mars orbital mission
  • Biometric system for 1.3 billion people
  • Semi-high-speed train. Built in 18 months
  • India's longest sea bridge
  • Delhi Metro. 271 stations. 8 million daily riders

The US spent $13B on one aircraft carrier. And took 18 years.

All cribbing aside, Delhi has the best road infra compared to other metros, cities

Obviously every state including Delhi has few bad areas, but overall , Delhi has amazing Metro connectivity, Road width, Flyovers et al.

Started a new job- feeling so low and disengaged

Was impacted by 31March RIF after a decade with Oracle. Fortunately got a new job-decent pay raise, but it feels so empty.

going through hoops of emails, trainings, meeting invites, and whatnot- knowing that one fine day an email will cut it all short.

literally shut down the new laptop after 2hrs of onboarding training ..

Edit: Thanks for the positive words guys, onwards and upwards!

Auspicious 🕉 symbol being flung and kicked in Kerala. Secularism is just a fig leaf that Panchmakkars use to cover their hatred towards Hindus.

he's only parroting Punjab- subconsciously pushing an agenda of a separate identity of Punjab from India.

Not once he gave any credit or thanks to India and its people. all credit only to Punjab.

that's blatant regionalism - and promoting separate identity.

No wonder he shifted his base outside India to push the Khalistan agenda
