What to do with leftover Kheema? You make Kheeming

Virar-Vasai people are well acquainted with Bhujing.

It is an iconic, spicy street food delicacy made with smoky charcoal-roasted chicken and potatoes cooked with onions and a special ground coconut masala, all thoroughly mixed with poha.

But since I had leftover chicken kheema, I decided to mix it with Poha and give it a name “Kheeming” and I was surprised to see how tasty it was. I paired it with tea.

Hot pizza is great. But leftover pizza straight from the fridge? That’s a different kind of happiness.

It’s not a Cheesecake, but takes like a Cheesecake

Apparently if you add Lotus Biscoff biscuits to Greek yogurt, it tastes like a Cheesecake 😍

Breakfast of the Champions (Indian Version - Maharashtra)

Poha, also known as Pohe, is a simple and delicious Indian breakfast made with flattened rice, onions, spices, herbs, lemon juice, and peanuts. It’s quick to prepare, comforting, and a staple in many Indian homes, especially on a relaxed Sunday morning.

And it goes well with Tea.

But Poha has another, rather amusing cultural association in Maharashtra.

It often makes an appearance at the “Kande Pohe” ceremony, a traditional Marathi custom associated with arranged marriages, where a prospective bride and groom meet for the first time, usually in the presence of their families.

So, in Maharashtra, Kande Pohe isn’t just breakfast. Sometimes, it’s the beginning of a love story. 😉

Peanut Butter Banana Toast Sandwich for Breakfast

I recently made Peanut Butter Banana Toast Sandwich and it turned out to be so good. It can be a great addition to breakfast routine.

Nothing fancy. Just apply peanut butter on both slides. Top one slice with banana slices. Toast the sandwich with butter and your scrumptious Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich is ready

They make my workspace feel a little happier every single day.

They’re just… ridiculously cute.

Nothing fancy but they do their job of bringing smile :)

My work desk now looks complete :)

I didn’t buy a new desk…

I bought myself a reason to enjoy working again.

I spend almost 10 hours a day at my desk, so I decided it was finally time for an upgrade.

The centrepiece is the AeroPlus Adjustable Desk.

Switching between sitting and standing already makes long workdays feel better.

Then came the little upgrades: a double-head LED lamp for better lighting, an extension board with USB ports, and finally…proper cable management.

Honestly, a clean desk just feels different.

I also added a docking station, a laptop stand, a phone stand, a rotating organizer, a valet tray, beautiful mandala coasters, and of course…little astronauts because every workspace deserves a bit of personality.

It’s funny how changing your workspace can change your mindset.

What’s the one desk accessory you can’t work without?
