Pricing of private daycares, in home daycare, VPK wraparound and part time Nannies in Viera?

Hi everyone, looking to move to Viera from DC area soon. We have a 4 year old who would be VPK eligible, but we are also looking to have more kids. We are trying to figure out what to budget for when we move down there. Currently, we have been paying $335/week for in home daycare in our area from 3 month to 5 years. We were hoping to lower this to the $200-225/week range in Florida, but not sure if that is realistic.

Could some people here give cost of daycare, age and what is included so I can get an idea if our number is good? My wife will likely be able to watch the kids part time at least, so that can help cut down on costs as well, but again just trying to get a budget before I accept a job. We are totally fine with in home daycares if it makes sense.

Real estate commission and fees for seller? Can you get at or below 4%?

Hi everyone, I am looking at selling my 2 year old 640-650k condo in Ashburn area. Unfortunately I do not have but 5-6% equity in the house due to new home build de-valuation and a choice to refinance a few months ago (thought we’d be here for the long haul).

Anyways, I can’t afford to lose more than 4% of the value in the house and realistically I would be looking to lose no more than 3% plus some fees. The information I have been seeing here is all over the place. I have seen anything from 1.5% and buyer pays everything to 6-8% on the seller. Seems like the standard now is 4% (1.5% seller 2.5% buyer), but I talked to an agent yesterday recommended through a friend and he told me to budget 6-8%. That is such a massive difference from even 4%. 4% to 8% would be a 25k difference..

I have not fully made a decision here yet, I have a job offer on the table and ample time to make the decision, I just need a realistic look at whether we are going to owe 15-25k selling the home or 50k+. The former is probably fine but the latter would be impossible for us.

Structural analysis level 3 panel tips?

Hey everyone, have my interview soon and was looking for some tips. It looks like I have a bar raiser, a designer and 2 stress analysts.

Will each 45 minute interview be an onslaught of technical questions for the full 45 minutes, or is there usually just a set number of questions and then the rest of the time is to talk / ask questions / introduce yourself?

Any other tips would be great. Not sure which areas to focus on for structures. I assume basic formulas and shear and moment diagrams but not sure what else

Edit: title should say structural analysis engineer

Is SLS under a hiring freeze or am I just not using the site right?

I can’t find any SLS positions on the career site. When I type SLS nothing comes up. Any other variation just brings up a million jobs that are unrelated.
