They need to fix this game I lost 700 SR due to these crashes so far this season. I should be crim 2 by now ughhhh
Any other crims out there that want to squad up
Do you think I’m overreacting? I’m usually on the phone with my girlfriend while she’s at the gym because she goes super late, around 1:00 AM, and I like to make sure she’s safe.
There’s this random guy who works there, and he always tries to strike up a conversation with her. Yesterday, while I was still on the phone with her, he randomly asked, “Do you want to hang out sometime?” She responded, “Yeah, but what are we gonna do?” Then he said, “I don’t know maybe get something to eat.” After that, she kind of shrugged it off because she knew I got mad
Then today, I heard her say, “Do you want to stand next to me while I work out?” but afterwards she goes on mute all of that has me wondering if I’m overreacting or if my feelings are actually valid of being angry towards the situation.
I’m currently in my second term and didn’t complete the IT Foundations and IT Applications courses last term. I failed my first attempt at the IT Foundations course, and I’m hesitant to start those courses again at the moment. I was wondering if the business of IT applications is easier than those two courses.
On my main it took 529 matches but now there more higher ranks it took me less time on my alt with only 277 matches. time get 2 Iri shirts 💀😎
We did it fellas took me 528 games 4 days time played
I like it and hate it at the same time. They need to make it where if your crim or iri you only match with those ranks. The opponent adjustment is too punishing for crim. Like you should only lose SR if they’re a lower ranking crim
Currently Diamond 3 looking for those D2 of higher
This will be my 3rd time interviewing for them tomorrow and I need advice on nailing it this time.
D3 rn trying to hit crim before season end need a good team to help.
I’m currently enrolled in cybersecurity, but I’m on a term break right now. I don’t have any IT experience, and after completing a term in cybersecurity, I’m considering changing my major. Is an IT degree easier to pursue for someone with no experience?
How long after the interview with 2 managers Until you hear back?
I have an interview for root coming up next week is there any advice anyone can give to help get through it.
Before I say anything, I want to be clear that I’m not trying to make myself the victim. I know she is the one who went through something traumatic. These are just my personal thoughts and feelings as her boyfriend.
My girlfriend and I have been together for a long time. We live in the same state but haven’t met in person yet, and we are long distance right now. Last week, she told me that about a week earlier she had been sexually assaulted, and hearing that honestly shook me.
From what she explained, she went outside her house to buy a vape from someone. She lives with her family, so she wasn’t far, but the situation changed when she got into his car. That’s the part I’ve been struggling to understand. In my head, I keep thinking she could have just stayed outside or had him hand it through the window, but I also recognize that I wasn’t there and don’t fully know what she was thinking or what pressure she might have felt in that moment.
I don’t want to go into the details of what happened next because it’s triggering for me, but she was assaulted. Thankfully, a neighbor heard her yelling for help, and that’s what allowed her to get out of the situation. She told me it lasted a few minutes, but even hearing that is hard to process.
She did report what happened to the police, which I respect because I know that isn’t easy. But tonight she told me that the same guy actually came back and pulled up to her house, saying he was trying to make amends or something. Hearing that made me even more upset and on edge, because it feels wrong and unsettling that he would come back after what he did.
Another part that’s been bothering me is that the person she met up with was recommended by a friend of hers. That makes me angry, because it feels careless to suggest someone you don’t really know. I’ve felt a lot of frustration toward that situation, and if I’m being honest, I’ve also caught myself feeling frustrated about the decision to get into the car. At the same time, I know none of that changes the fact that what happened to her is not her fault.
Since she told me, I’ve been dealing with a mix of emotions. I care about her and I want to support her through this, but I’d be lying if I said I’m okay. I feel angry, confused, and honestly helpless. Part of me wishes she had called me before going outside, even though I know that doesn’t guarantee anything would have been different.
I’ve also been overwhelmed by fear about what could happen next. Thoughts like the possibility of pregnancy have crossed my mind, and I’m trying to process that without letting it control how I act. I’m being honest with myself that a small part of me feels unsure and even questions whether I’m strong enough to handle everything that could come with this, including thoughts about whether I should stay or leave.
At the same time, I don’t want to make decisions based on fear or react in a way that adds more pain to what she’s already going through. I’m trying to figure out how to be there for her while also being real about where I’m at mentally.
