School Bus/Van Safety & Civic Sense

Parents may think their children are travelling safely to school, but the reality can be very different. Some irresponsible drivers are driving on the wrong side of the road and recklessly, putting the lives of schoolchildren, pedestrians, and cyclists at serious risk.

When are we going to develop basic civic sense?

Why aren't school administrations properly monitoring how their vans and buses are being driven? Why isn't there proper training and supervision for school drivers, especially when they are responsible for children's safety?

Parents trust schools to ensure their children reach school safely. That responsibility should not end when a child gets into a school vehicle.

Children's safety cannot be left to chance. Schools must take responsibility and ensure that every driver is properly trained, monitored, and held accountable.

The company name is so generic, I am not able to find any review for it.

This was recorded after a 2 day rest evening ride.

Finally Ordered RC100

Finally ordered after researching 10 days, my first choice was omo Hampi prime but they don't have any offline store and online purchase is quite confusing so I had to go with 2nd choice "RC100".

Looking for a reliable cycle for daily 15–20 km rides + occasional 30–35 km rides (Budget ₹12–15K)

Hey everyone!

I’m looking to buy a cycle for daily cycling around 15–20 km, mainly for fat loss, fitness, and general health. I’ll also use it for occasional trips to the nearby market.

I live in a mostly flat/plain area, so I’m not sure whether gears will make much difference for my use case. My priority is a cycle that can maintain a good speed and feel comfortable for longer rides.

My requirements:

- Daily riding: 15–20 km

- Occasionally: 30–35 km

- Mainly flat roads

- Disc brakes required

- Suspension is optional (not a deal-breaker)

- Good speed and comfortable for longer rides

- Reliable and durable enough for regular use

- Budget: ₹12,000–₹15,000

I used to have a Hercules cycle that I bought back in 2005, and man, I absolutely loved that cycle. 😄 I’m looking for something that gives me that same feeling of having a reliable cycle that I can just hop on and ride anywhere.

Is ₹12–15K a reasonable budget for my requirements? And what cycles would you recommend?

Thanks!

Boat service centre fraudulent activities

I bought a boAt earbuds on 5th June and started facing issues from the beginning. Sometimes the microphone was not working, and at times one side of the earbuds would stop working.

Since the product was still within the replacement period, I raised a replacement request with boAt. The product was picked up successfully.

However, instead of replacing it, I was informed that no issue was found and the same product was sent back to me.

To my surprise, when I received the package, the box was empty.

Hi, I am buying a Macbook M1 from one of my office colleagues, at what price I should buy it. He hasn't used it much as he uses an office laptop. I am buying it for a side project. It's hard to sit on a desk with mac mini for a long time.
