I think we all know how big the eight pages was back then, almost every gaming youtuber at that time was playing it and it paved the way for indie horror games.
This has me curious, was Slenderman that big before 2012? (The year the eight pages released) Was he niche for most people?

Anytime I try to boot up the game, it always says that the disc needs cleaning but the disc looks fine to me, no scratches or any damage and the game shows up
My PSN account has 2 step verification and has my old number, obviously my old number can't receive any texts or phone calls since it's out of service so I can't get into my account on the app or website. I tried putting my new number on PS5 but it still has my old number as receiving 2 step verification codes so I cannot verify my account on my new number.

Let me explain, BO2 was released on 360 and PS3, while Ghosts was also released on both but also with the One and PS4 a year later.
If Ghosts was released a year earlier and BO2 was released afterwards while being the exact same game that was released, I don't think anyone would have a problem with that and make the game more accessible by being on modern consoles.
Let's be honest here, considering how greedy modern Activision is, we're most likely not getting a BO2 remaster or even a modern port of the game anytime soon. Which really sucks considering that they could've dropped BO2 on modern consoles at the perfect time with BO7's release, but they didn't so we won't be seeing any old COD remasters anytime soon unfortunately.
I think we all know Slenderman is easily one of the most iconic and influential internet horror characters of all time alongside with FNAF.
However, once FNAF first released, I always felt like most people slowly forgot about Slendy and his games like Eight Pages and Arrival, which kinda makes me sad considering his games were so big and fun to play back then.
