Disclosure Day is one of the most mediocre movies of the past 10 years

This has got to be one of the most mediocre and letdown movies of the past decade. The acting was mediocre, it felt like everyone overacted their role. Make no mistake, the majority of this movie was not about disclosure but more like a CIA spy movie with car chases and ridiculous writing. It doesn’t take the disclosure subject seriously and felt like a cheap tv show geared for 15 year olds.

With all the available data and subject matter, this movie should have turned out ten times better than it did.

Stop bashing 100xdaily

The guy lost 700k in a hyper amount of time. There was a moment where he was the king of Kalshi 15min predictions. Let him have his moment. Regardless of what people think, it wasn’t all luck imo. There was some incredible aptitude involved in beating the bots, even if it was for only one week. The majority of these bots are financed by multibillion dollar trading firms. Going from a $200 deposit to 700k takes some amount of skill, even if 100xdaily doesn’t want to admit it himself. There was some flashes of brilliance, whether it be his ability to read hypercharts or his intuition for micro predictions, there was some level of skill.

I believe people that are bashing him are jealous of his run. Let the man have his moment.

People, don’t depend on your advance amount

I see posts all the time about people getting upset because their advance amount got lowered right after repaying. First off, you shouldn’t request another advance immediately after paying it off. It takes some time(24-72 hrs) for it to resume to your normal amount. In some instances, it may not resume back to that same amount depending on your direct deposits and financial situation.

This is a bonus feature that brick and mortar banks do not offer so you shouldn’t get upset if they don’t offer you the same amount each time. I see people saying they will move to a traditional bank but good luck on seeing an advance feature at brick mortar traditional banks. This advance feature is exclusive to fintech banks. I have never seen this feature offered at any of the big banks.

Feels good knowing how to change the capacitor on your AC unit

My AC stopped blowing cold air. I called an AC tech but they couldn’t make it until Monday. I couldn’t bear it any longer in this 100 degree heat so I researched on my own about the issue. I noticed the fan was not spinning on the outdoor unit when the AC turned on. Found out the capacitor most likely went out and needs replacement. It’s a simple $30 part you can find at Home Depot. They didn’t have my capacitor with the specific MFD 7.5 but I found it on Amazon with next day shipping. With the help from ChatGPT and YouTube videos, I was able to change it on my own!

It wasn’t that difficult at all. Really the only time-consuming part is taking off the cover and making sure to get the connections proper on the new capacitor. It took less than 30 minutes. AC capacitors don’t last forever, they’ll need to be replaced every few years especially if you live in an intense heat area. I attached a pic of my old capacitor which was replaced two years ago and look how rusty and decrepit it got in only two years.

I highly recommend any homeowner to learn how to replace the capacitor on your AC unit. It’s a simple $30 part which can save you many headaches and most importantly, makes you look good with the wifey or your significant other.

The Popeyes $6 dollar box is the best deal in all of fast food currently

I’ve tried all of the $6 deals including McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Jack-in-the-Box, Taco Bell and will say that Popeyes is the best deal in all of fast food currently. You get so much food for only six bucks and the quality is decent. I got the chicken tenders with cajun fries, red beans and rice, and a biscuit. It was very fulfilling and a decent quality meal. I will also add that Popeyes’ fries is the best fries in all of fast food right now imo. Their chicken is not bad but I still prefer Church’s or KFC if we’re talking strictly fried chicken.

You can get better quality chicken at Jollibee or Korean fried chicken but you can’t beat this deal on the pricing.

Does anyone have instances where mysterious amounts appear in your Polymarket account days later? Today I had $120 appear in my account when it was previously at $0. This is the second time it happened this month. I’m not complaining and it’s actually a delight but just curious where this amount is coming from. When I look at my history, it’s not showing any deposits. They usually appear about a week after my balance is zero.

Could this be some type of overage refunded back to my account after my contracts have settled?
