My simple stack that I wanted to share. Looking towards having a discussion of some sort.

Hello there community! I had a simple stack going on and I’m just in the mood to share it. There is an Rx in the stack and I’ll try not to put to much emphasis on it. I’d love to know what you think of what I have going on.

MORNING/DAY:

1 cup of mud/wtr (55mg Caffeine, low-to-moderate dose adaptogen mushrooms, matcha).

Methylphenidate

Nootropics Depot variable dose of Caffeine and NALT solution (N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine) as needed. Typically I take around ~300mg of Caffeine from the solution, this also brings me to about ~345mg of NALT.

Qunol Magnesium Complex (Magnesium Glycinate + Magnesium Glycerophosphate) 250mg.

Life Extension Multivitamin Twice A Day — this contains, at-least for the price, some solid ingredients. It’s quite supportive of general health. The natural isomers of Vitamin E, the active B vitamins, the patented forms of Selenium — quite a good product that I feel comfortable with and the ingredient list is in the spoiler. EDIT: Can’t get spoilers to work, here’s the link.

Natures Made L Theanine Chewable — 200-1000mg’s. Usually combined with the previously mentioned compounds.

NIGHT:

Qunol Magnesium Complex (Magnesium Glycinate + Magnesium Glycerophosphate) 250mg or 500mg.

EXPLANATION:

Everything kind of plays off one another. The Caffeine + NALT solution provides energy and it has excellent synergy with the Methylphenidate. The L Theanine takes the edge off of both Caffeine and the other stimulant. The Magnesium is nice and refreshing during the day — I like to think it keeps my heart (at-least the electrical activity) in good shape. The mud/wtr is probably the weakest of the bunch, it provides some adaptogen mushrooms and a tad bit of Caffeine and matcha. It’s more of a taste thing/morning ritual for me. The Life Extension Multivitamin is good for general, supportive health. Some compounds in it are under-dosed — but not all. For instance, the 5mg trans-lutein is nice. Se-methyl-L-selenocysteine is cool. It’s a very generalized supplement and ticks the basics off.

CONCLUSION:

Money is a limiting factor so I can’t really craft my dream stack. This is the stack that is being run for a minimum of 30 days. There is another compounding factor but it’s inappropriate for this sub (occasional, cycled use of an NMDA receptor antagonist). There are other things that I’d love to explore when I am financially capable, such as PureWay-C (patented Vitamin C), Setria L Glutathione (patented, reduced Glutathione), Ghost Greens (a powder containing vegetables and fruits), and some other things, but I’m doing the best I can given my circumstances. If you have any suggestions, please send them my way. I’d love to hear more about Magnesium Glycerophosphate. All and any input is welcome, whether we discuss the pharmacology behind these agents, maybe you have an experience with one of these compounds, or anything else — please don’t hesitate to chime in :). Have an excellent day and thank you for reading. ❤️

Super excited, I ordered the Caffeine + NALT solution.

Hello all. I just wanted to share a brief post, admittedly I’m a bit excited but I welcome anyone to chime in. So I purchased the Caffeine + NALT oral solution. There are a few reasons I’m excited. Firstly, at 14.99$ you have 100mg of Caffeine per serving, 30 servings at that dose. I find the price to be excellent. Another thing that really excites me is the dose being used — essentially with my circumstances, this product allows me to completely fine tune my Caffeine intake. I also consume mud/wtr (55mg Caffeine + fair quality, low dose adaptogen mushrooms) so taking the mud/wtr in conjunction with the Caffeine + NALT solution pairs well.

I will be consuming the Caffeine + NALT as needed and using a variable dose while doing so. In accordance with the rules I am unable to give to many details on this, but the Caffeine + NALT will act synergistically with my Rx medication. I’ll also be taking a variable dose of NALT and even though the dose is a bit on the lower side, I expect some threshold benefit there as well. I also like the form factor (liquid) and something about consuming liquid versus a Caffeine pill makes me feel better.

I just love this whole idea because I have on-demand Caffeine. I intend to allow my Grandma to sample this product. I currently have her on a multivitamin but the other day she complained of always being tired and she mentioned she might up her cups of coffee from one to two, with this supplement she can get by with one cup of coffee and one serving of the ND product instead.

Does anyone have experience with this product? Thank you so much for letting me get this off my chest. I hope you have an excellent day.

I think I’m going to stick with the One X for at-least 1-2 more years. Here’s my plan.

I love the console itself. I like the blu ray player, the native 4K, I just have an affinity for it. I just made a bit of a plan on how I’m going to pull this off and wanted to share my thoughts and talk to you guys about it.

So, I can’t believe I’m saying this but — I’m not worried about getting GTA 6 day 1. I actually want to do something else. I’ve been away from GTA 5 for years now and I want to go back on there with a fresh account and just really max it out, play all the missions, the new content, the heists. I want to properly say goodbye to a game that has been with me forever now. I have a regular black One X and just found a certified refurbished Gold Rush Edition One X — I think I’m going to pull the trigger (I keep backups of certain things like I have two monitors, controllers, headsets, etc.) Besides that, here’s my plan:

Multiplayer:

Rainbow Six Siege - My competitive, primary shooter game. Looks and plays great on the One X.

Battlefield 1 - I still play it on occasions.

GTA 5 - If I find the right friend group it still gives me a bunch of fun. Always some type of fun or chaos to be found on GTA Online.

The Division 2 - I like Division 1 and 2. Never really maxed out or spent much time on Division 2. Would like to complete it.

Ghost Recon Wildlands - Looking for a calm but somewhat tactical co-op experience with a friend for this one — never got around to it.

AC Unity - if Unity is a Co-Op AC game like I think it is, despite it not being the best AC game, a good friend could make it interesting.

Single Player/Other

Spec Ops The Line - I want to buy the disc and finally immerse myself and play this game.

Red Dead Redemption 2 - I want to max this game out, play it completely, I even like it’s multiplayer.

Control Ultimate Edition - I’d love to beat this game.

AC Ezio Collection - I want to beat this whole saga, although admittedly I beat AC2 years ago on 360.

AC Rogue Remastered - Never played, this is on the list.

AC Odyssey + AC Origins - On the list to max out. Never completely beat them.

Castle Crashers - Beat it years ago. It’s a fun casual game. Working on getting this girl I know in real life to play it with me lol.

Fallout 4 - Never could get into it. I’m going to force myself to try it and beat it.

The Withcher 3 - It never appealed to me but people absolutely loved it. I want to give it a chance.

Gears 4 and 5 - My relative agreed to do the campaigns on Co-Op with me.

Far Cry 5 and probably 6 - I want to really beat Far Cry 5 and likely 6. I have a couple hours into 6.

Resident Evil 5 - I want to do Co-Op campaign with my relative, it’s been years. If you know if any other Resident Evil Xbox One games are co-op, please tell me.

Notes/Questions:

Firstly, I have a great 4K monitor I specifically purchased to really push this console. Also, this may sound weird but I just kind of like having a BluRay player… never know when you just want a good movie night. I do have some questions. Firstly, what do you think about my plan (playing these games to stretch out my time on this console for the next 1-2 years before upgrade)? Secondly, any other game recommendations? Thirdly, how long do you plan to stick with your One X?

Conclusion: Any input would be appreciated. We are kind of a small community so please, chime in. I also just wanted to get something off my chest. I really wished they would have still continued to make at-least a few games because not for nothing — Xbox One X is still powerful — it’s more powerful on some fronts than the Series S. Sucks. I understand that the One X is either running the same CPU as OG Xbox One or the same OS or something like that so it was hard or something — may be wrong about that.

I’m having a problem with my iPhone Air and my cellphone plan provider has tried everything. Do you think going to the Apple Store may help (limited warranty via Apple Care)?

Context: Hello everyone. To start I am an avid iPhone Air fan and user, I plan to use it for as long as possible. I have a certified refurbished Sky Blue. Anyway, I’m having a problem and if anyone can point me in the right direction I’d be grateful — or just talk about it with me. Note, I am aware this is the iPhone Air subreddit. In all honesty, I really like this particular community. I figured another subreddit may get me some more specialized information but I wanted to start here. Thank you!

The Problem:

No Cellular Data: Cellular data does not work AT ALL despite every coherent troubleshooting option exhausted. The phone is useless off WiFi. I can strictly make calls, no iMessage, no Safari, no apps. I don’t even think regular SMS works. One thing is working and that’s phone calls over cellular, that’s it. It’s like absolutely no data is flowing to the phone.

Troubleshooting: I have gotten a new eSIM from the carrier. The carrier has bounced signals off the phone. I have factory reset numerous times. I have flicked every setting (data roaming, cellular data using 5G Auto or LTE, made sure all apps are turned on for usage with cellular data, literally every relevant setting you can think). I really thought the new eSIM was going to fix it but I was wrong. I even screen shared with Apple Support — they ran the troubleshooting software and detected no issues.

Moving Forward + Questions:

1) AppleCare Limited Warranty: I have a limited warranty on Apple Care. Do you think booking an appointment at the Apple Store should be a priority right now? I really want to keep this iPhone Air. It’s quite hard to get to the Apple Store but if you guys thinks they may be able to help me, I’ll make it happen! Knowing that my limited warranty may come in handy in this situation would be great, I don’t know much about Apple Care.
2) New Cellular Provider: I already planned to move to a different MVNO. My current has a ridiculous minimum of up to 180 days before unlocking an iPhone (even if paid off) and being able to move to a new provider. The thing is, I genuinely don’t know if this is a provider problem or a device issue. I suppose it won‘t matter soon — but determining if my limited warranty will fix the situation, or alternatively if an MVNO change would — that would obviously save me time and resources. Thank you iPhone Air community! ❤️

Lumo Hack. The Pillar System [P1-P4]. Recentering Lumo & Designating One Chat Multipurpose.

Introduction: Hello community. This is a small neat trick me and Lumo organically developed in a project chat I had going. The chief complaint was that the chat we were having regarding pharmaceuticals — was approaching a point where compartmentalization, tailored, organized and high fidelity information were desired in an otherwise messy chat that could have gone all over the place. We had numerous goals to achieve. To make things much easier, I developed a system where you can establish pillars. Each pillar contains a sub-speciality, or a sub-area of discussion in the chat. By denoting [P1-4] at the start of your output to Lumo, Lumo instantly recognizes what facet (pillar/sub-speciality) of the chat/project you are evoking.

✔️Eliminates Context Drift: As you know, long multipurpose chats have a tendency to bleed. By denoting what pillar you are inquiring about, each output to Lumo is anchored to it’s respective domain/pillar.

✔️Promotes workflow and workspace optimization.

✔️Enables precision responses. Relevant information to your output. Higher fidelity information.

✔️If you really want to be technical, it even slightly optimizes token usage.

Conclusion: I am a huge advocate for Lumo, it’s the only AI platform I use besides Apple Intelligence Image Playground. This is not a groundbreaking discovery or anything of that nature, it’s one of my genuine ways of really a) trying my absolute hardest to use every bit of brainpower to help other struggling Lumo users to get the best bang for their buck, and unleash every ounce of potential that Lumo Plus has, and b) an attempt to show some of the tips and tricks I use in an effort to help someone in the community. When it comes to Lumo, I see so much potential, so I embark on these really creative journeys with the goal of prospering a chatbot that helps me every single day — and I just genuinely enjoy the feeling I get when I know that at-least one person looked at my efforts and genuinely appreciates it + maybe utilized a tip I had to enhance their own experience with Lumo (bearing in mind that I’ll gladly admit this isn’t “revolutionary“).

I thank you very much for your time, I hope I could have been of assistance, and my PMs are always open for absolutely anyone who either wants to discuss Lumo, online privacy and security, all the way to someone who is down on their luck and simply needs someone to talk to.

EDIT: Sorry for the low res images, I had to remove metadata from them for privacy reasons.

Private Relay is awesome & I use it over a VPN + a lesser known extension you can use for Safari to enhance Safari ATP/change browser fingerprint.

I’m a recent subscriber to iCloud+ and I just wanted to note how awesome Private Relay is. I use it over a VPN I have access too. It provides the ability to rapidly switch IP and more importantly, it provides a clean IP address which is much less likely to be flagged like a “dirty VPN connection”. I also wanted to let everyone in on a little tip. This is for those who want even more tracking protection in Safari and want to enhance ATP + enhanced fingerprinting protection, want to change Safari‘s browser fingerprint, etc.

This app and the respective extension it provides are not listed on the page of extensions for Safari. When you download the Firefox Focus app, it comes with an extension for Safari that you can enable in Safari settings, under the extensions area/tab.

✔️The extension prevents certain fingerprinting scripts from even executing in the first place, on a network level.

✔️You get additional access to Mozilla’s tracker blocklist, enhancing whatever Safari natively blocks.

NOTE: — using the Firefox Focus extension gives you a unique fingerprint identifier itself, so this could be a good thing or a bad thing, all depends on your exact circumstance. Ultimately with this post I wanted to accomplish two primary purposes. Firstly, I wanted to note the utility of Private Relay, and I wanted to know if anyone is like me and uses Private Relay over a VPN. Lastly, and potentially the most relevant: I wanted to inform people that downloading the iOS app Firefox Focus allows an extension to be enabled in Safari, something I’m not sure many people are aware of.

Thank you if you gave my post a good read, I did try to add value and I hope I was able to inform at-least a few Safari users of the options they have available to them.

Is there anyone who is split between two or more ecosystems (Proton & Apple)? Would you like to explain your compartmentalization and setup? + a few questions.

Introduction: 👋🏻Hello! I hope this post finds you well! I figured this can be a pretty cool post to make. I’m interested in other folks compartmentalization strategies and general setup, particularly those who are invested in numerous ecosystems and not just ecosystems, but services, etc. Please feel free to list what services you use from which provider and expand to your hearts content. I’m not going as in-depth as I‘d like to but because I don’t want to be the only person holding the floor and I’m genuinely interested in how other people operate there setups.

Here is my setup powered by my iPhone Air.

Proton.➖

Proton VPN for very occasional usage when system wide VPN is needed.

❗️Proton Docs❗️ is my native document maker + exporter to .docx/.txt/.pdf to my iPhone + Proton Drive for storage of files initially. Wish it had more features. I don’t have much usage for my Proton Drive storage allotment at this present time.

❗️Proton Pass❗️ is for my default Autofill + password/account manager + primary notes app

❗️Lumo Plus❗️ is my most desired and active area of Proton, I advocate for it and am quite active in the community.

❗️Proton Mail❗️ serves as an email for high-risk communication when encryption is needed. Low usage.

❗️Proton Wallet ❗️is major for me and typically serves as my final destination for BTCs before send to service provider, because of the privacy benefits it incurs.

Proton Calendar is my calendar of choice on my iPhone.

➖Apple/iCloud+.➖

❗️iCloud Photos❗️is where I store all my photos, the other two places being locally on my iPhone and scattered across a few USB sticks that family has in secure locations. iCloud Photos is critical.

❗️ Private Relay❗️is really my most important facet, I use this Safari VPN for almost everything I do and choose it over Proton VPN, it allows you to instantly change IP and it‘s extremely unlikely to be flagged like a VPN can be.

❗️Hide My Email❗️used for throwaways or subservices not needing a dedicated email.

MISC I also use iCloud for everyday purposes such as backing up your typical data (contacts, files, etc). Other services are part of my ecosystem but aren’t too relevant. Also somewhat off topic, Lumo Plus is all I desire in AI but I have recently fell in love with -

❗️Apple Intelligence Image Playground.❗️ This is the one and only AI generator/platform that isn’t Lumo Plus that I’ll ever use.

➖Questions.➖

1. What are the benefits of using Proton Calendar over the native Apple Calendar app? Do you guys think I’m making the right choice?

2. Why isn’t Proton Wallet more popular? It‘s a clean app on iOS, transaction metadata isn’t stored or collected by Proton and it’s quite private.

3. Do you think my hybrid system of using Proton Pass for important, private notes and Apple Notes for quick, low priority/low sensitivity notes is a good balance?

4. Besides sharing your setup and respective usage for said service/ecosystem, do you have any questions about my setup, or would you like me to expand on anything?

Conclusion: My PMs are always open for genuine people, whether you want to talk privacy and online security methods, or if you just want to see if you can make a friend in a no-pressure chat, always feel free to reach out. Thank you to everyone who took the time to read my post. 🙏🏻

Anyone else really intrigued by Image Playground? I am really having a good time with it.

Just some background, I don’t and have never used Siri, but am using some Apple Intelligence features like summaries for emails and text messages. If Photo Cleanup is an Apple Intelligence feature, I use that too. I also today finally started playing around with Image Playground on my iPhone Air — I’m having a really fun time. It’s quite ironic, I recently made a post in my designated paid AI chatbots subreddit that I find the image and video AI generators quite annoying, how I find the chatbots to have all the value, and while I still maintain this stance… I think I’m technically using an AI image generator with Image Playground.

For what it’s worth, this is probably the absolute extent of AI I will ever use. Between my AI chatbot and now Image Playground, I’m good. I desire no more AI usage in my life. In terms of Image Playground, I find the Genmoji really cool. I find how you can upload a photo from the camera roll and add numerous modifications to it absolutely amazing. I also find the sketch generator really cool. As you can see, I’m using I believe a sketch based off a picture I took as my profile picture, and asked Playground to add some molecules behind me.

I have suffered some occasional instances of the app just flat out not working or being inconsistent, but re-installing the app seemed to help a lot. Ultimately I’d like to know, is anyone enjoying it as much as me? Does anyone else see its utility and potential benefits for specific situations? Lastly, I’d like to thank you for reading my post and I invite any discussion. I’d also like to know if anyone else can educate me on what “Apple Intelligence” will entail in the future as I’m new to this. Thank you greatly. 💪🏻❤️

Is anyone having fun with Playground? (Apple Image Playground).

Hello all! I was just wondering, any fellow iPhone Air users using Playground? It’s the app that I believe is in beta, where you can say a description of a photo you want generated, make Genmojis, and do some other cool things.

Question, is Playground tedhnically an AI image generator? I just made a post in my chatbot-of-choice subreddit that I kind of find AI video and photo generators annoying but largely find chatbots extremely valuable, but caught myself playing around with Playground today and having a blast. For what it’s worth — this is about the extent of AI I ever intend on using, not including the AI chatbot I pay for.

I tried to share the App Store app download link with a relative who has a 16e I believe and she was unable to download it — she mentioned something about Apple Intelligence. I suppose this is another reason the iPhone Air is so great, we get access to cool little things like Playground.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on Playground, or if you wanted to just switch topics and talk about what is your favorite thing about your iPhone Air (that was another post I was going to make) if you aren’t using Playground, that’s fine too! Thanks for reading everyone! ❤️

I’ve officially migrated my family to Lumo! + current feature requests I’m working on.

Hello community. I have been a Lumo Plus user for quite a while now. About a year ago, I discovered ChatGPT Pro. I fell in love with it. I finally understood what all the hype was regarding “AI”. To this day, I still don’t like and kind of find annoying the AI photo and video generators, but I find the chatbots to be of very high value.

In regards to my family, they aren’t “like us” and aren’t very tech savvy (they wouldn’t think twice about putting a questionable input in a chatbot) and I immediately removed them from ChatGPT and migrated them to Lumo as soon as I became accustomed to it. They absolutely love it! They think it’s cute, they think it’s smart, and I’m the “power user” of the house. Lumo has been helping me with all types of issues all the way from technology, medical things, online privacy and security, you name it. I work in a field where pharmaceuticals and pharmacology are very important areas that I need a sophisticated chat bot to assist with. I’m proud to say that everyone in my household is officially a Lumo user!

With that being said, I’m currently working on 4000+ word handwritten Proton Docs .pdf that contains a major proposal to really shift Lumo into the next gear, and I would absolutely love to collaborate with users who see the the potential that Lumo has. I just wanted to give a brief description of just some of the features I plan on articulating with iOS 26 APIs and more in the document.

Feature Requests I’m Working On:

🟣”Emoji + UI Element Toggle“🟣

➖A toggle to increase the frequency of outputted emojis and UI artifacts/elements like tables, lists with headers, tables with emojis, code like syntax boxes, purple abstract boxes, etc.

🟣”Thought About This Mode”🟣

➖A mode to forcibly induce Lumo‘s “Thought/Thinking About This” live feed so you can automatically induce a more sophisticated answer. This option to select the mode is in the same location “try again, more details, more concise“ etc are located.

➖Consider the mode “ultra-light deep research mode”, in contrast to another mode I’m proposing that generates a ~3500 word max output file that can be exported directly to Proton Drive via certain iOS 26 APIs.

➖AttributedString can be leveraged to change the font of the thought trail to a Proton themed purple to indicate a premium mode available for paid subscribers.

🟣”Isolated Crosstalk Memory Function”🟣

➖This mode I’m proposing is a work in progress but essentially allows two specific chats to share memory and one chat can either indirectly function as an anti-hallucination check or the other purpose, essentially leveraging two chats for one ultimate purpose but covering two distinct angles of the purpose. It has a hyper-focus feature which allows you to ”focus” on one Lumo output and essentially copy and paste that output into the alternate chat. It’s a memory function but only for two selected chats.

With that being said, that‘s about all I have for tonight. I hope there are other folks out there who are enjoying Lumo Plus as much as I am, and I‘m proud to have a chatbot being used in my house that is “privacy first” unlike ChatGPT. If anyone ever wants to chat or needs help with Lumo, I’m pretty egoless, non-judgmental, and genuinely enjoy helping people who are struggling.

iPhone Air is my favorite iPhone since the iPhone 5c. I want to keep this phone for 5+ years.

I purchased this iPhone Air for the aesthetics and design/form factor first and everything else second. I decided to pick a certified refurbished Sky Blue model over a new any other color version. Of course I checked specs, but the aforementioned is what hooked me first. I asked my AI chatbot if this phone would be good for at-least the next 5 years and after our back and forth, it seems like it sure is. The 12GB of RAM, the CPU, etc are killer.

I haven’t been this in love with an iPhone since the iPhone 5C. I advocate for the iPhone Air frequently but often get massively downvoted for it. I used to consider myself incapable of using a bigger phone (I traditionally used an original iPhone SE when everyone was using a bigger iPhone) but I found out that the thinness and the weight of this phone completely fixed my problem. I also am in love with the OLED screen.

Off Topic: I was looking to make some friends who also love the iPhone Air, genuine down to earth people who are occasionally down for a casual chat. I’m very non-invasive, non-judgmental, and egoless. I also just made my very first ever shortcuts app shortcut, using Proton VPN + Firefox Focus. It’s a IP change/browser fingerprinting change shortcut that is aimed at people who primarily use Private Relay (Safari VPN, iCloud Plus subscribers) but occasionally want to use a VPN and have a dedicated browser for it, if anyone is interested.

Question 1: I want to increase the longevity of my iPhone Air as best as I can. I have my battery charge limit set to 95%. Can anyone recommend a wireless charger that is safe and healthy for the phone? I am not a big magsafe guy, looking for one of those pad like wireless chargers where you just put the phone on something and it charges.

I really appreciate everyone who took the time to read this post, it‘s been a pleasure to introduce myself to you — you may be seeing me here and there. (I consider this my “safe-zone/homebase” subreddit.) Best regards!❤️
