Hi all, I will be visiting Colorado with my family (kids are 5 years old) for 3 days in October. This is current itinerary.
Oct 9: Anderson Farms Fall Festival & Children's Museum at Marisco
Oct 10: Pikes Peak Drive and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
Oct 11: Options I have in mind - Georgetown Loop Railroad, Red Rocks Amphitheatre (end of the day)
I need more suggestions for day 3 please. They can be local festivals or anything else that kids can enjoy. Also, should I replace anything from first 2 days? Can anyone suggest accordingly?
Thank you.

Hello all, I'm looking for a villa (not immediately) in Mokila and budget around 6 Cr or so. I looked at Sark One & Two and did not like them. Liked La Paloma but saw multiple videos about flooding of that community. Saw Reliance Green Village and liked it but it's only resale and all amenities looked good but old. I looked at Aparna Western Meadows but have to buy a plot and construct. I would like to hear about other communities from members. Please suggest. Thank you.

I have a 2023 Ariya with 21K miles. Today when I started the vehicle, a message popped up on screen and went away immediately. It seemed like a "12V Error" but I could not read other words. Does it mean the 12V battery is failing? Vehicle is still on 3 yr/36K warranty? Will a dealer replace it for free? Just wondering if I should get it replaced right away instead of waiting for it to fail and get stranded? Please suggest. I'm in the Dallas area. Thank you.
Hi all, recently my Ariya is not getting charged as the adapter shows Fault light. I purchased a new Aimiler charger and tried it today. It also stopped charging after 30 min but showed this message on its screen - "AC Plug Temperature High". Does this mean the NEMA 14-50R receptacle on the wall needs to be changed? I got it installed by an electrician almost 9 years back and used it with Tesla for 7 years. Using it with Ariya for 1 year. I ordered a new one from Amazon LIDER. I can change normal wall switches to new ones but I'm not sure if I can do this by myself. Is it just removing the old receptacle and fixing the wires to the new receptacle? Any suggestions would help. If I think it's too much, I can get it done by an electrician. Thank you.
Hi all, can anyone suggest a good dealership for Ariya charge troubleshooting in the Dallas area. Chatgpt says Metro Nissan of Dallas is EV certified. I will talk to them tomorrow.
Last week I took it to a Lewisville dealer but I did not trust their service. I have had this vehicle for 1 year. Recently, when I tried to charge the vehicle using the same Nissan charger, after a few minutes the Fault red light lit up on the charger and the vehicle shows like 34 hrs charging time. This is happening every time now. I took the vehicle to the dealership and they said the vehicle charged fine but they had used their charger instead of mine. When I told them to use my charger, they changed the word and said they used it. Now I'm not sure if the issue is with the vehicle, charger or my wall charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). I don't have another EV or charger to test. Please suggest. Thank you.
Hi all, I have owned this vehicle (AWD) since June 2025. Till March 2026, I used to see a range of 310+ miles when charged fully. Now I see only 265 miles. Is this ok?
Hi all, I bought a new 2017 Model 3 back then and sold it in 2024 when it had 75K miles. Later I tried another regular car and wanted to go back to EV. 1 year back I purchased a 2023 Nissan Ariya top variant. I like the vehicle so far but it isn't as fun as driving a Model 3. Luckily I'm getting the same trade-in for Ariya as the price I purchased with. I'm looking at a 2023 Model 3 Standard model with 35K miles and I don't need to pay anything extra. It would be $29K out the door. One thing is I will keep this car for 1 year or 2 years max. So wondering if I should just keep the Ariya or get the Model 3 and my main concern is resale value after 1 year. Please suggest. Thank you.
Hi all, I purchased this vehicle in June 2025 when it had 12K miles for $26.5K + tax from Carmax. Now it has 22K miles. Carmax listed similar specs vehicle for $33K + tax now and mentioned they will give $27K for my vehicle. I thought the Ariya value will go down as it was discontinued. But it looks like the values went up. Is it just Ariya or pre-owned EVs are in demand? This is in Texas. I am thinking to trade-in for $27K and buying a 2023 Tesla Model 3 with $200 out of pocket. Is this a good idea provided I intend to keep the vehicle for 1 to 2 years max or should I just keep the Ariya?
Hi all, we are a family of 4. Before moving to a house, we will be renting an apartment for 1 year maximum. During that 1 year, I want to buy less cost stuff (sofa, dining table, mattresses, kitchen stuff etc) for usage and maybe sell it off or discard before moving. Which would be a place to buy these? Amazon or local stores? I am fine with taking some minimum stuff to the house but not big items like sofa etc. I will be renting in Mokila. Please suggest. Thank you.
