I hate when people order whipped cream and cold foam on their drinks like wtf do u mean u want both 🤮 or when they want cold foam on a hot drink. Also not looking forward to the new drinks. I basically skimmed through the training bc im so over it 😅

What the fuck, people used to get fired for this now they want a cut of the revenue people make from tik tok. Like they can’t just pay us more 🙄

I can’t stand my one manager she’s so annoying, everyone hates her and wonders why she’s not fired yet. Like she micro manages you and takes her job way too seriously.

Yesterday while I was on bar I was actually having fun writing on cups; go figure 😅 I was writing “it’s gonna be maaayyy 🎶” then as I was writing on cups my manager was like “make sure you’re looking up and welcoming in guests” 🙄 like ok stfu. I just told her “sorry I was kind of busy writing on cups and making drinks”

Got asked yesterday what’s the difference between an iced mocha and an iced cafe mocha. And today I got asked what’s the difference between a latte and a mocha.

Also is there any way we can recall these stupid new hot lids. I swear I burn myself at least once per shift
