Front and rear glass plus headliner install. Got the chrome on the front too but forgot to get a photo. Slow and steady.

I recently purchased a p365 dh3 axg. My new all arounder. Love the gun... Other than those optic cut bolts 🤣 (previous post). Feels fantastic in the hand. Especially with the all metal grip.

I also purchased a lvl 3 holster designed for the fuse. This turned out to be a bit of a headache. The fuse and the dh3 axg have very similar dimensions when it comes to overall length and height. The slide shape however is just different enough between these two to be a problem. Had to take apart the holster and massage numerous locations with a Dremel. All good in the end but not an ideal out of the box experience.

I tried it with another kydex holster for the fuse and it was fine. Just be aware that depending on the accuracy and level of detail in the holster, you may need to do some modifying.

Just got a new p365. Trying to remove the optic plate and I encountered something new. I successfully sheared my torx bit off in the head of the screw. I've seen sheared screws, stripped threads, and stripped screw heads... This one surprised me. What are they putting on these things at the factory??

UPDATE: Thanks to the recommendations of concerned citizens I got the other screw out. Was indeed red loctite. Any recommendations for extracting the piece of the torx bit? I'm thinking a small drill bit at this point. I can't get any leverage on it.

UPDATE 2: After a prolonged battle I got it! Thanks for all the suggestions. Really helped speed up the process. Much less cursing and puzzling.
