My under eye concealer is too shiny- tips??

i've been told before to maybe try out a translucent powder or setting powder! anyone have any recommendations on one i should check out? i'm newer to makeup and don't know anything about this stuff.

Should I let my under eye color corrector dry before i apply my concealer?

Since yesterday i went out and bought some of the suggested products i was recommended here. i think im doing a good job, i just dont know if products need to dry before layering or not. maybe it blends better when they're still wet?

I'm new to makeup! Somebody guide me in the right direction? :)

I (18F) have never done makeup on myself before (besides lashes) and i want to start using some sort of concealer under my eyes. for reference, i have allergies and am very fair skinned so i have very prominent purple under eyes. I have no idea where to start. Do i need setting powder or setting spray after the concealer to make it look better? What do i apply it with? What are great makeup brands i should look into? any help is very appreciated 😊

I ways have these red dots on my legs after shaving, any solutions? what are these? how can i make them stop appearing?

for reference, before i shave i exfoliate out of the shower with a dry brush, wash myself with an african net sponge (which has exfoliating properties), shave, then go over everything with a salicylic acid wash. this is maybe one week + of growth, not sure if that matters but maybe it could help!
