can using minox for facial hair growth cause hair loss on the head???

I heard about many guys using minoxodil to grow out their beard.

I was about to start using it, but I went on reddit (bad place to seek advice/info, I know) and started seeing posts of cis men saying that using minox for facial hair growth led to a shed or loss of hair on their head, which didn't come back.

I know some trans men use it, so I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced this. I've been on T for 1 year and 4 months and I'm content with my progress so far, but if speeding things up will lead to hair loss then I'll probably just wait and be patient.

I think my empathy/emotional intelligence is actually hypervigilance

I've always been told and thought of myself as a very empathetic person, because listening and helping people with their feelings through conversation is something that comes easy to me.

Nevertheless, I have come to the realisation that I'm not empathetic as such, but rather I'm in a state of hypervigilance, both internal and external.

I'm always analysing my feelings and thoughts, as well as how my actions or words can affect those around me, and what their actions and words say about how they could be feeling. It's an automatic responde to everything and everyone. The moment I interact with anyone, I start analysing their tone, expressions and choice of words, most of the time without even realising that I have started doing that. Similarly, I often engage in the interaction in response to what I analysed, so as to maintain a balance and support their emotional wellbeing. It's exhausting, people keep telling me I'd be a good therapist and that I'm a great listener, but its incredibly tiring because I can't turn it off and it's sometimes in detriment to my own wellbeing.

I'm very in touch with my emotions, in a rational way, in the sense that I'm very hyper aware of everything going on in my mind and body, and so I can easily intellectualise it and talk about it in an objective manner. I often use this understanding of my feelings as a tool to help other people feel understood, which makes me feel disgusted when I notice that I'm doing it cause it feels almost manipulative.

I feel like a therapy robot that's made to see patterns in his own and other people's behaviour. That's really the best way I can explain it, I see patterns everywhere regarding individual's verbal/physically communication, possible or known trauma, and behavioural patterns. I feel pedantic writing this but I really do not like being this way, I'm tired, and when I was younger I was emotionally abused as a result of this way of being. .

I truly do not think I'm empathetic, I think I've just trained myself out of survival to be in a constant state of vigilance

These small worms keep coming out of my kitchen cieling/cabinet area

I don't know what they are, I found a couple smaller ones inside the cabinet a month ago and deep cleaned everything, and for a while they didn't come back but today I found three more.

My family's away for the month so I'm home alone, and most services are shut down in August in my country. I literally cleaned with disinfectant the cabinet this morning, and when I came back there was this slimy guy on the door.

What are they and what can I do to get rid of them??? Please help

i was told not to wear compression sleeves/tape because they prevent the muscles from working but im seeing a lot of people use them?

Was diagnosed with hypermobility after years of pain and subluxations that I thought were just standard normal things that all bodies did, but my doctor didn't really tell me much other than what I said in the title.

I see plenty of people with hypermobility wear them though, and when I wear them (against my doctor's avice) i feel much more support and less pain.

He's a good doctor but the visit really only took 5 minutes and he's also quite old, so I dont know if that's an outdated opinion or if he just didnt give me all the information because he was in a rush

Anyone has resources or info about this?

is my piercing badly placed, is my ear fat, is this normal??

I got this piercing 2ish months ago, and yesterday I finally got it changed to a ring (which is what i had in mind at the start). But when I saw how it looked, aside from the not very healed hole (which im taking care of), i just feel it looks a bit wrong? Like its not sitting right on my ear, and kind of hugging it too tight (it doesnt feel like it, but it does look too tight). Theres plenty of extra space between the piercing and the ear at the back, so Idk what the issue is. Maybe its very normal and I'm just freaking out for no reason
