This was the first time cooking steak over fire as I finally have a working barbecue, so getting the temps was a learning curve!
The steak was a little unevenly cut, so that added an extra challenge.... but overall, but pretty happy with this.
I'm British and I cannot tell you how inspired I am by her cooking... but then, she is just an angel of a human. Charming, polite and so so kind.
And thats it.
I don't typically post twice in a day... but this was worth posting. DEALS!
What I'll make is yet to be decided, but if you follow my previous posts, you know its not an easy piece of meat to get right. And its not my favourite cut either, but it can be AMAZING.
I've posted some meals previously that I'm exceptionally proud of, so let me gather my ideas. And please contribute your own and let's eat together x
I'll post my proposed recipes, but id love to hear yours.
Ill share as requested, please note I write recipes from scratch at least half the time so bare with me
