Lost my job, have been unable to find anything remote, and as such have had to stop my orders of maintenance doses as it is just too expensive.
Anyways, I am now hungry 24/7 and constantly thinking about food or a snack. Haven’t gained any weight back according to the scale, but I feel like I look like I’m gaining in the mirror. It’s wild how even being on a maintenance dose can really help with the food noise.

Adopted little miss 🍯 Honey 🍯 at 6 months old! They say she is half dachshund, half corgi. She is so funny, FAST as lightning, witty, lover of all toys and a wee bit of a terror to our senior weenies.
Can’t get over those ears and her goofy personality! Feels weird to call her a Dorgi though. Any weenie corgi hybrids in this sub? What do you call yours?
Our 4 doxies either hate getting their teeth brushed or nails trimmed, and I am tired of putting up with the fight and also paying at least $400 each for a teeth cleaning every year!
What are the best over the counter calming treats you’ve used to help with nail trimming and brushing teeth?

First loaf and was gutsy enough to attempt to add brown sugar and cinnamon!! Success!! Wahooo!

100g starter
350g warm water
500g bread flour
10g salt
Stretch fold x 2, flour surface and create a rectangle
Inclusions:
-roughly 2-3 tbsp cinnamon
-1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar!
Fold into brochure and ball into loaf. Overnight cold proof. Baked this morning at 450 for 50 minutes! Voila! Beginners luck?
