Does anyone know what this is and why it won't go away?
It seems like acne. It's been spreading over the last several months to where it is now. They're white heads. Or they are eventually. It's making me really self conscious. Is there a simple acne cream I get get for this? I'm not oily at all and I hardly ever sweat anywhere. I have very dry skin.

Someone had a rough night.
I was driving past my local Walgreens and saw this parked here WAY before the store even opened. Car was empty. Smashed up. Someone had a hit and run and dumped the car most likely.
