I don’t really want to physically talk to anyone about this so I’m writing here. I try to do what’s right for everyone and today might be one of the most traumatic days of my life.

My dog Ace killed my senior rescue Mia. It happened so fast, I’m not even sure how or what, but I heard him snap and then walked over and found Mia in a pool of blood. I picked her up so quick, and she died in my arms. My only calming factor is that it was so quick. She didn’t cry. Ace has had behavior issues, he would snap at the other dogs for minor things and recently it had become more without warning. He had never made contact or bit them anyone though. I had looked into behavioral euthanasia and instead decided I would try to rehome him to our local SPCA. Because of this incident, I made the decision to euthanize him.

I’m just at a loss. Mia was our Princess Mia. She was found wandering the streets of SF. Her notes said she was reported stolen, her owner died before ever finding her. She was a tiny princess and I loved to snuggle her. Ace was SUCH a smart dog, he loved my husband and I and was so eager to please. He was a stray and incredibly scared in the shelter. Our other dogs seem to sense something is wrong, they’ve been by my side. I want someone to be near but don’t want to talk to anyone, my husband took our 5 year old to the lake (thankfully he wasn’t home when it happened). I just… I try to do the right thing and I feel like I’m repaid with the most traumatic shit. I blame myself.

Wondering if any of you utilize forwarding services from LLL UK, Asia, Australia, etc. to the US. I have someone I use for the UK but have yet to find someone for Australia and Asia and given they’ve been getting amazing drops lately, I’m hoping to find someone.
