Acer Nitro v15 anv15-51 not charging
My computer guy has done almost everything he could to fix the charging. I have two chargers one was brand new and was working fine until last night it stopped working. I tried the old charger and it charged for about two hours before it to stop working. After holding the power button it says critical battery low (or something along those lines). He's going to clean it up and do everything he can tonight but if it doesn't work he recommends a new motherboard. The multimeter read that the area around the charging point was getting power it's just not powering the laptop or getting to the battery. He said last resort would be to replace the motherboard. If anyone knows how to fix the power/charging issue please help me. The laptop won't even run with the charger plugged in.
ANV15-51 motherboard RTX 2050 is the motherboard. The model and code on the motherboard says.
Model: ZYP DA0ZYPMBAFO REV:F
I live in Australia and this laptop is my life does anyone know where I can find a compatible motherboard that is affordable and we'll fit in the laptop.
I'm stressing out right now and first world problems but I cried earlier today about it.
Any links or advice is welcome. My it guy was going to allow me a payment plan for the $100 of labour he thought it would cost to fix.
So please any advice, links and I'll be eternally grateful. I'm not rich so I can't spend thousands on a new motherboard.
