Credit score just dropped 140 pts

My FICO score just dropped from 780 to 640. I currently only have 1 credit card with Bank of America. I am in PA school and I took out grad plus loans in late May. That's the only credit pull. I've never had any missed payments for anything. My biggest purchase was a car, which has been fully paid off. Besides the recent grad plus loans, I have no other debt.

Couple questions:

  1. Is that possible that my scored dropped 140 because I only have 1 line of credit? Would it have been better if I had other credit cards?
  2. If / when I need to take out another loan for school, should I open another line of credit before to preserve score / switch banks?

Bummed about this dropping as I thought I've done everything right. Thanks!

Think I have chronic fatigue?

I (25f) haven't been diagnosed but I'm pretty sure I have chronic fatigue. I have intense sleepiness that hits in the mid-afternoon without fail. I can hardly stay awake in a car or on the couch. I often take long naps and wake up still groggy. Once my work day is over, it is a major, major struggle to not take a nap and get out to exercise / run errands / be social, which I often fail at. Caffeine does nothing for me.

I am on Lexapro, which I know could be contributing to sleepiness. I also take Pristiq. I typically get 8ish hours of sleep a night, though could easily sleep 10-11 without any alarms. My quality of deep sleep could probably be better. I definitely don't have sleep apnea. My partner does tend to grab / cuddle me in their sleep, which will rouse me awake, which they are working on stopping. Otherwise, I feel my sleep hygiene (dark cold room, etc) is decent.

My labs are relatively normal, though my B12 is on the low range of normal and I have family members who also have low B12. I started taking vitamin B12 again recently, though haven't felt an effect yet. I also take a general multivitamin.

My PCP has been pretty dismissive every time I brought up fatigue / sleepiness in the past- she said all she could do is could refer me to a sleep study specialist, which I'm not super interested in, given that I'm confident I don't have sleep apnea.

I am planning to try and find a different doctor that may take me more seriously and have longer conversations about this. In the meantime, any non-medication recommendations to try and combat this? :(

Recipe ideas for my new Le Creuset collection?

Just got gifted a bunch of gorgeous Le Creusets:

  • Signature Round Deep Oven, 6.5 qt
  • Signature Enameled Cast Iron Braiser, 5 qt
  •  Heritage Stoneware Rectangular Covered Casserole, 4-Qt.
  • Signature Enameled Cast Iron French Oven, 2.5-Qt.
  • Enameled Cast Iron Skinny Grill

I also have an older Heritage Au Gratin Dish I've barely used.

I don't cook a ton, but now I want to use all my new pieces!! :) I would love some new (easyish) recipe ideas to use and/or general advice on how to use each piece differently. For example, can I use the braiser in place of a pan in most cases? I am pescatarion so I don't eat meat.

Differentiating between 9 and 9 Honors?

I've only taught 9 Honors in the past, but this year I will also be teaching regular 9. In 9H, I do a short story unit, The House on Mango Street, Night, The Odyssey, and Romeo and Juliet. We do independent reading as well as some grammar. I'm hoping to keep the same texts, but maybe slower pacing, more reading aloud in-class, and shorter / simpler writing assignments... appreciate any advice or recommendations would be appreciated!

Incorporating grammar in 9th English? Daily practice or dedicated unit?

This will be my 2nd year teaching 9th grade. I typically start the class with 10ish minutes of independent reading time. That leaves us 55 minutes left. I see them every other day.

This past year, I did two mini grammar "boot camps"- one at the beginning of the year and one to start the second semester in January. The rest of our "units" are novel studies and/or writing essays.

This year, I'm wondering if I should do the same, or if I should incorporate grammar into our daily routine rather than as units. However, I feel like I would feel really pressed for time if I did this, especially since I already do 10 min of independent reading time to start.

If I did 5-10 min of grammar practice after independent reading, would time be too limited for the rest of class? (My strength as a teacher is definitely in discussing literature. Grammar doesn't excite me as much, but obviously I know it's important.)

And if I did do daily grammar practice rather than dedicated units, any good resources for this you recommend?

Thanks for any advice! Timing-both small picture like breakdown of class and big-picture like timing out units-is definitely something I want to improve upon this year.
