How do you know that stone has reached the bladder?

Was diagnosed with a 3mm stone in my right distal ureter Sunday morning after going to the ER. Oddly had zero pain but just went to the ER after having urinary urgency a few days prior followed by visible blood in the urine the morning of the ER visit. Discharged with tamsulosin and 2 tabs of oxy and was on my way. The day after the ER visit i had a flight across the country to go back home (was on vacation when all of this happened) and while on the flight, i had the WORST pain of my life on the right side of my lower back. Still had 3 hours left of the flight and i honestly thought i was going to have to have the pilot ground the flight early it was terrible. Thank god i had the oxy’s as they cleared it up after about 30-45 mins. Today, i have zero pain but the intense urinary urgency is back. Have a bit of trouble voiding but not a terrible amount, just don’t have much coming out when i go (but that may be because im going so frequently that i just don’t have much to void anyway). Was thinking that pain on the flight may have been the stone passing out of the ureter since it was diagnosed in the distal portion a day prior. Does anyone have a similar experience or ways of telling that it has reached the bladder? This is my first experience with these. Ty!

Anyone have any recs for a romantic one night stay in LA or surrounding area?

Looking for recs for a one night stay in the area for my gf and i. Location doesn’t necessarily matter can be anywhere in LA or surrounding areas, but the more romantic the better. Ideally would like to have a spa type set up in the room with a big ole tub to fit both of us. Could be hotel or even Airbnb if it’s private and not like attached to someone’s house or something. Budget is around $1k but flexible. Anyone have any recs? Ty in advance!

I (30M) am moving in with my gf (30F), and this will be the first time I’ve lived with a partner

Moving in with my gf next month after dating for two years. It’s been the best relationship I’ve ever been in, and i see myself with her for the rest of my life. She lived with an ex for several years before they broke up, so as we get ready to move next month, i asked her if she has any worries about living together. Her main worry was the feeling of becoming roommates rather than romantic partners, as that was what her previous experience was like. I can definitely see why that would be an issue and disheartening and i plan on doing everything i can to not allow that to happen. I have lived with some of my best friends before and even then noticed a bit of a shift to roommate over friend after several months or years of living with each other and getting annoyed at each others tendencies. So my question is, what kind of things have yall done that keep the fire strong in the relationship after moving in together? I’ve been doing my own research and see the general “keep dating each other” and what not, which don’t get me wrong is good advice and i plan to do it, but does anyone have anything else specific they’ve done that has been successful ? Appreciate yall taking the time to read it and ty in advance!

Tl;dr: moving in with gf and will be my first time living with a partner. Looking for advice on keeping the flame in the relationship strong so we still feel like partners rather than roommates
