If you could make a sequel to Thomas Jane's Punisher, what would the movie be like?

I know War Zone basically kinda is the sequel(Or at least a heavily modified version of the basic story beats and script Punisher 2 would have like Jigsaw as the main antagonist) but I'd honestly keep it like the 2005 game's story in live action form given it stars Jane, but maybe with a emphasis on Bushwacker and Russian returning(With Kevin Nash getting to speak lines and show personality this time) to avoid being similar to what we got with War Zone.

What misconceptions\myths of wrestling did you believe growing up as a young fan?

  • When I was a kid I remember thinking Owen Hart's death was caught on live TV and I vividly recall people online or in real life saying "I saw it happen on TV!" and I just believed it for a long time.
  • I thought winning King of the Ring meant you had GM powers for like a year or something
  • I used to think The Rock and Stone Cold wrestled into the RA and PG eras because they were in the video games all the time and I assumed when Rock wasn't acting in movies, he was wrestling.
  • I knew Undertaker wasn't dead, but I really thought Kane lost his family in a house fire in real life and kid me just found that depressing for him to go through his childhood as a orphan also thought he was mixed because a WWE encyclopedia type book listed his birthplace as Spain.
  • I thought ECW legit had heat with WWF in the 90s.
  • That Eddie Guerrero's kayfabe heart attack was his actual death caught on camera thanks to ancient Youtube clickbait videos stating as such.
  • I thought Rey Mysterio's face was never revealed and I remember thinking I was the smartest kid ever for googling "Rey Mysterio face" in Google images and seeing pictures of him in WCW.
  • Probably a lot more but that's all I can recall at the top of my head, what were yours growing up?

Honestly I've always wondered why John Travolta wasn't Jigsaw in Punisher 2004. If he played Jigsaw like the evil Sean Archer from Face\Off it would have been better IMO

What irks me about Incredible Hulk is Abomination looks absolutely nothing like Tim Roth whatsoever, I can at least see some resemblance to Ed Norton in Hulk, but that ain't Roth at all lmao

I guess it's the point but it's still super odd to me.

I'm not sure if this is a hot take or not but I honestly didn't mind Professor Hulk in Endgame, mostly when people harp on the MCU version they lump Endgame Hulk in with She Hulk but he still saved the universe in this movie and wasn't embarrassingly cringe yet.

Yeah he dabs for some kids but aside from that he wasn't completely unlike the comic version of Professor Hulk IMO

A detail from the Hulk 2003 film that I feel deserves it's praise but I haven't seen mentioned is that Eric Bana's Bruce sounds actually angry when he transforms.

The MCU Banner barely feels angry to me(both Norton and Ruffalo) but Bana's out here sounding like he's legit PISSED, the green eyes flashing is a cool nod to the 70s show but I prefer if we saw Bruce sounding like he's ready to explode with rage.

Just thought of this but if Hulk 2003 had a sequel who would have been the villain\s or the general plot of the film if you had it your way?

I feel like it would have been pretty similar to what we got in the Incredible Hulk with Abomination as the villain and Leader making an early appearance. However if I were to make it my own I'd have elements of Emil Blonsky's origin in Ultimate Destruction with Blonsky becoming distraught with himself because he feels he in some way let his wife die due to messing around with gamma radiation mutating her cancer, as for the castings of Blonsky I'd either keep Ron Perlman from UD or Ray Stevenson(RIP) who was one of the actors considered for Blonsky for Incredible Hulk, and as for The Leader I can see either Jim Carrey or the rumored choice that was Timothy Dalton, what about you guys?

People glaze Warzone but y'all would be mad Maginty is a parkour meth head and Pittsy is just in name only if it came out today, the Bernthal hate is exhausting.

Don't hate this movie at all and it's way underrated but it's pretty annoying when Bernthal haters try to say "he's not comic accurate!" or "Barracuda is nothing like the comics!" when this very movie has some pretty controversial takes in itself, not even defending the Barry thing but let's not act like this movie is 100 comic accurate on all cylinders, hell, even Frank quits to be Punisher because he killed a undercover agent in this movie, it's not THAT different from Bernthal quitting in the show.
