Drummer issue when I change the BPM. Can I the fills, patterns etc. in place?

Hey everyone,

Currently recording a project and I’ve used Logic’s drummer feature. It’s worked flawlessly, however I need to adjust the BMP of the song.

Whenever I change the BPM, all of the drum parts change. Is there a way to lock the current drums patterns in place?

I know I could convert the track to midi, but I have a feeling I may want to adjust a fill or two later during mixing, and would prefer to keep using Logic’s drummer feature.

Also, hard agree about Tosh. Dudes’s talented, that’s for sure, but his tempo is all over the place due to the way he plays.

For the love of god, when will the covers stop?!

Look, I get it, the band enjoy playing covers, but when you have an extensive discography and dedicated fan base, maybe play some deep cuts instead of a Taylor Swift cover?

It’s insulting to pay a lot of money for tickets, and see four covers in the setlist. Snippets or not, throw a quick oldie in there or something.

Was “The Kids are Alt-Right” a misstep in their discography?

I know, I know - the song is written with irony at the forefront, but does anyone else find it a little uncomfortable to listen to?

Given the political landscape of the last five years or so, the irony seemingly goes over most people’s heads.

When the song was released, I read lots of comments from alt-righters, adopting it as their anthem of sorts.

We, as diehard fans, know where the band stand politically, but a casual may not.

I don’t know, I’m most likely reading too much into it, but would love to garner other thoughts.

DDD and Pull-Up Bars

Hi everyone,

I was recently diagnostics with DDD in two lower discs. I’m only 36, so it came as quite a shock. I used to lift weights at home, four times a week with a rest days in between. My doctor told me I could no longer lift weights, however the lack of strength training has only made my condition seemingly worse.

A friend of mine recommended a pull up bar to hang from, in attempt to decompress the spine, as well as building some strength back up. Nothing crazy, just a few every day or so.

Does anyone have any experience with pull-up bars and DDD?
