Coffee-Mate Banana Bread Creamer

I know - this is not a Coffee Mate or creamers sub...

But I found this creamer at a local Ralph's grocery store. I'd been searching for it since I heard about it. It is MUCH better than I thought it would be.

Makes fantastic lattes along with a Chiaro or a Scuro double espresso. Not too overpowering of a banana flavor. And it doesn't have a fake banana flavor. Really makes a fun different drink.

Reminds me a bit of Pumpkin Spice in a way.

Also use it in my 7.77 oz coffees. Mixes nicely with those too.

Highly recommend it for anybody interested...if you can find it.

Best food options at H Mart Alton & Culver?

Going there for the first time.

What do you like in the restaurants and some of the prepared food in the actual store itself?

Possibly fun events coming up in Irvine...

I subscribe to the City of Irvine email blasts.

There are some interesting things coming up. Sure, not for everybody but could be fun.

August 8 - Some kind of Homecoming Dance at The Great Park. Celebrating 55 years of Irvine.

I believe there is a ribbon cutting coming up for the new Jeffrey Open Space Trail Bridge over the 5. Also in August.

Daisy Festival...or whatever that is called at The Great Park.

Subscribe to the email blasts if you'd like.

Google NotebookLM - excellent way to learn about Logic Pro!

Sorry if this has been posted before. I saw somebody in one of these threads mention NotebookLM. And I was like - huh? What is that? Glad I followed my curiosity.

I've been using it now for a few months and MAN...it has changed my ability to quickly and easily answer a puzzling question, find the feature I've been looking for, give me great ideas for song production, etc.

If you're still learning Logic Pro I recommend creating a Notebook within NotebookLM, add a bunch of sources, and start saving some notes in The Studio for future reference.

Been a game changer for me.

Another coyote in Oak Creek. San Diego Wash/Creek. Video included.

I know not everybody wants to see these but I think some people do. So I'll post this video.

I saw 2 separate coyotes today which is the first time that has ever happened. I captured video of both. 2nd video in another post.

I'm no expert - maybe because of the heat and lack of water availability they're out looking for a good meal and some water?? They look pretty healthy to me.

Again, it was more scared of me. Wanted to go up the wall but too many people. That's why it was just standing there. Waiting for us to leave...

Gelson's Irvine Store Closing - LONG LINES just to get in the store...

My wife just got back from the store closing sale Gelson's Irvine is having.

She said there were long, long lines of people waiting to get into the store. She mentioned they were limiting entrance into the store with security because there were so many people. And she said a lot of aisles were packed with people and their cards.

Said some people had their cart stuffed with groceries because of the sale.

Seems most of the good stuff was already gone. Lots of people stocking up on wine.

Candy, deli foods, etc. completely wiped out.

Funny...and sad. We're losing our Gelson's...

Coyote sighting...with video this time. Kinda too close for my comfort...

Pretty cool looking creatures. Scary, but not scary all at the same time.

It was a little leery of me so it went around me down in the creek.

Near Sand Canyon and Barranca.

Coyote (2) sighting. Sorry no pics or video. San Diego creek/wash.

Was out getting some exercise around 7 AM on the path adjacent to the San Diego creek/wash. Between Royal Oak and Valley Oak. Minding my own biz and a couple of coyotes are strolling down the path towards me.

I think we startled each other. They looked at me, hesitated, and then headed down the terraced wall into the creek bed and walked south along the creek until they were out of site.

I see them every so often. Sometimes I see 2; most times just 1.

Didn't seem at all scared of me.

I'm guessing they were just coming back from hunting varmints in our neighborhood the night before.

Sorry - didn't have my phone. So bummed...

Sorry if this has been asked in different ways.

I own some ESPP stock that has some substantial gains over the past 10 - 15 years. The stock is at an all-time high. Never thought it would get close to this.

Should I sell, take the gains, and pay the capital gains taxes? Or hold and see what the future holds?

I don't need the money right now. Maybe hold off until retirement in 5 - 10 years and pay the capital gains taxes then?
